'This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with front desk staff. One woman, Erica, stared me up and down before speaking, acted cold and controlling, and made me feel judged and unwelcome. 'There is no elevator in this hotel and that is not advertised at all, but should be. After being told at check in that we would be moved the following morning to a first floor since a member of our family could hardly walk up and down the steps, that did not happen. There was a lot of steps to walk down to get to the ocean, however, once there, the view was amazing.
