'The breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable.
Although not by the sea the view was lovely looking over Brighton Bay.
The nearby beach (Brighton beach ) is a 10 minute walk through woodland or 25minutes along the road.
There is a menu available for an evening meal - need to liaise with the owner.'

'We had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant overlooking the beach and bay. The food was good and reasonably priced. My wife and I definitely recommend this property!'

'Highly recommend! We loved everything about The Liming! The staff were amazing and so supportive. Our room was fabulous and so enjoyed having our own private pool and sitting area. Everything was first class! '
