'We got stuck when the faa Closed airspace due to Venezuela attacks. We were scrambling for a family of 4 for a place to say. This place was spacious, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again and appreciated all the help getting us in before check-in so we had a place for all our luggage etc. your cleaning crew does an amazing job the place looked brand new. 'Owners are amazing- trustworthy, kind and responsive. As other reviewers note, the property is great- clean, safe, well appointed. But more importantly, the owners went out of their way for us. I left my iPhone behind and they figured out a creative way to mail it back to me in the U.S. Additionally, after a glitch with Expedia, the place was briefly double-booked but they went out of their way to fix it and accommodate. 'Great hotel in a quiet area on the 2nd line from the beach. If you are looking for a hotel that is a little smaller than the big chains but still offers all the amenities, this is for you. There are only 2 floors and a limited number of rooms, so it never feels overly crowded and you'll never be just another guest. The rooms are a good size and offer plenty of storage space. 'I had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. The location is a major advantage everything is within close reach, making it incredibly convenient to get from the city back to the comfort of your room in just minutes. The only point to be aware of is that the rooms can be a bit noisy, as sounds from the hallway carry through. However, this is the only minor drawback in an otherwise excellent stay.'
