Summary:
This house is made for large groups of up to 17 people. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with the option (and the chairs) to squeeze in 2 more. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2019 and have furnished it all new.
15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.

Guest Access:
You can use the house as well as the garage, as well as the backyard.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a residential neighborhood and on a very quiet street. To Boise airport: 30 min. To Bogus Basin: 1 hr 10 min. To Eagle: 12 min. To Idaho Central Arena: 30 min. To Eagle Ada Sports Complex: 16 min. To Eagle Tennis Club: 14 min.

Getting Around:
You will definitely want to have a car.

This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.
