'We booked a "Suite" for 2 nights and arrived to a hotel mid-gut-renovation. The front entrance was blocked by ladders and equipment. Power tools and a chop saw were running in the lobby right next to a "temporary exit" sign. Exposed electrical cords ran across the lobby and hallway floors — we tripped on them more than once.
