'Absolutely wonderful experience at Coco Ocean Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. A special thank you to a staff named Lamin. who, despite being ready to go home late at night, went above and beyond to make sure I had something to eat when I arrived hungry.

Vieze tafel kleden op zeer beperkt buffet, aangekoekte opscheplepels. Badkamer vol schimmel. Kranen los en zichtbaar verroest . Gordijnen stinken , onmogelijk open te maken. Zeer donker en grauw in kamers. Voor 12.00 uitgechekt en naar ander hotel gegaan. Direct 19-11 een klacht bij Expedia ingediend. Nathalie is klachtbehandelaar. '

'Perfecte ligging '

'I stayed at this hotel several times. This time around they had replaced the air handling units for the air conditioning…. The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much'

'Very nice and helpfull staff, clean and big room and lovely breakfast with many choices. Nice accommodation with playground for children. Only unfortunately no animation available in the low season.'
