Las sábanas estaban sucias, en el baño no funcionaba la luz del toilette, y no había suficientes productos de aseo personal como solo habían 3 Kleenex tissues, literal. Le comunicamos este incidente a la recepción y solamente sonrieron y dijeron que ellos estarían molestos si esto les hubiera pasado a ellos. Además hicieron que me inscribiera como miembro rewards y me darían un descuento en la cuota del parqueadero lo cual tampoco hicieron. Jamás volveré a hospedarme aquí.

This hotel has deteriorated and now feels like a slump. The social life experience was disappointing. There was no entertainment for us here and by 11pm on a Saturday night, the ambiance was unappealing. The hot tub had broken jets, and a lot of children were rotating in and out of it so it was hard to relax. The front desk does not offer water nor has a drinking station. People travel from afar to Tahoe and offering complimentary water, even if its tap water, is a considerable touch.

Had Staff come into the room befire i checked out. It was 10:40 AM with check out at 11:00 AM. Also had someone trying to get in my room at 3:45 AM on Sat morning. When they could not get in, they banged on the door yelling Lets Party. I had no guests with me so it was aomeone else.

Our first room was subpar. I spoke to the manager the next morning and he was fantastic. He apologized and put us in an amazing suite. The restaurant staff at the cafe were kind and I actually had pretty good luck on the high limit slots.

Shower frequently cold, no room service, maid service marginal, front desk was dismissive and offered little assistance on checkin all in all we wont be returning
