The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite tile countertops, custom cabinetry, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Whether you're fueling up before hitting the slopes or gathering for dinner after a day at the lake, the open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together.



Configured as a 2-bedroom vacation rental, the home comfortably accommodates families and small groups while providing plenty of space to relax. Guest Access:

The parking area is located down the path from the entrance to the property.



Because the property is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, wildlife may occasionally be nearby. Please help keep yourself and your vehicle safe by following these guidelines:



Do not leave food, drinks, or trash in your vehicle.

Make sure all vehicle windows are closed and doors are locked when leaving your car.

Please do not approach, feed, or interact with wildlife.

Be aware of your surroundings when walking between the parking area and the property, especially after dark.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM



Please be mindful that this property is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and surrounded by natural wildlife. Animal encounters are possible and are a normal part of staying in a mountain environment.



The surrounding area is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, mice, squirrels, chipmunks, ants, bees, wasps, and other wild animals.



For your safety and comfort, please keep doors and windows closed when appropriate, do not leave food or trash outside, and avoid approaching or feeding any wildlife.



Getting Around:

You will need you own Vehicle to get around. 4X4 will be needed during inclement weather and winter months. PLease check weather and road conditions when traveling in to the mountains



Other Things to Note:

Shared Pool & Hot Tub: The shared pool and hot tub are currently under construction and are operated and maintained by the HOA. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while the work is being completed.

Check-Out: 10:00 AM
