Needs some TLC
I was running an ultramarathon and excited to have a warm place to sleep, but this place freaked me out. One of the locks on my door didn't work, there were little bugs, and the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The bed was comfortable and I actually slept well, but this place needs some upkeep.

Online pictures are very deceiving! The pool has not been maintained in who knows how long, it is green and has long grass growing around the edges. The rooms are outdated, again not as shown in pictures. The rooms have dial up microwaves, the curtains are torn, the floors are absolutely disgusting (my clean feet turn black walking across them), the tub has stains and is a light black / gray on the floor of the tub. Absolutely disgusting, would rate negative if I could!

Good value. Very friendly and efficient check-in staff. Older hotel but room was clean and well accommodated. Limited amenities, but for the price that was ok. Excellent location.

So so!
Hotel room was cleaned & smelled clean. However, the little flying roaches came out at night. No breakfast. Pool was green & not in use- none of which was stated when booking. Staff was very friendly. Hotel needs some major upgrades.

I apologize but due to Covid-19, delievery shortages/delays have forced us to close our pool and breakfast. We appreciate your feedback. Feed back allows us to improve our customer service thus improving our customer satisfaction.

They used the "Covid" excuse to not provide the breakfast that was listed on their site as included. (one of the reasons we chose the hotel.) No one answered the phone after countless calls to see if we could check in late from a long flight delay. Had to submit a message thru the Expedia site but no one contacted us. Sketchy area - very run down.

No Knights Inn
Hotel really need upgrades. Walked into room, you can smell mildew/urination maybe in carpet. Corners had spider webs, roaches. Although everything was neat and tidy on surface, I was still apprehensive about sleeping on the bed. If I could have went to another hotel, I definitely would have.

Book elsewhere unless you’re ok with filth
I booked non smoking but was given a room that smelled of smoke and was told nothing was left to switch to. Room had nasty feel, stains on bed covers, spider webs on windows and in corners and spiders, bathroom not clean and paid extra for breakfast but was told no breakfast due to covid. In Florida, I got breakfast in April so they could have done breakfast bags at least. Will not stay here again ever plus no one ever answers the phone…been trying to call for days due to a left item.

Was very outdated and not very clean. Had issues with tv. Remote would not turn tv on or off or control volume. However, the desk clerk was extremely nice and very helpful when it came to fixing issue with tv not working.

Our room was not extremely clean it had paper falling off the walls baseboard falling over holes in the doors bugs and not safe the door lock was ripped off would not consider ever going back again.

This hotel was much better than I expected. The room was clean and well stocked with fresh towels. The beds were super comfy. The location is perfect and safe. The day shift lady at the front was very helpful. Overall my stay was pleasant.

This property was awful! Dirty! Hair in the bathtub, bugs in the room, dirt on the sheets! We only stayed because it was non-refundable! Absolutely horrific!

Worked in a pinch but will not stay there again. There are permanent residents which is fine but seeing grills in front of some doors was a bit dodgy. There were also people smoking marijuana outside

The pics were very deceiving!!!! Outdated hotel that’s nothing like pics!! My room was dirty! Ceiling had leak damage, cobwebs, and dirt around walls. I wanted to get my $$$ back and go somewhere else!!

The smell in the room was almost unbearable. We had to bring an air fresheners and when we were getting ready the next morning open the door to let in fresh air. The bathroom was missing lights and it looks like the shower head has not been cleaned since the 70s.

It was just bad overal! The staff wasn't friendly at all' i'd ask for something' towel's wash cloth's or the room to be cleaned' it seemed to be a problem......
