'A bit hard to find at first. Close to Robinson Mall. Well-kept exterior with security guard, free parking and gate. Room is big with table for eating breakfast that you order from the reception for 100p. Only two choices of menu. No restaurant at the hotel. Good AC and WIFI but ants in the room. No working hot water and shower area. You shower over the toilet. For the rate it is very good.'

'Beautiful gardens and location with jungle mountains in the background. There is a pool on the way which will be a real bonus. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. 'The staff is very approachable, professional and accomodating. Through no fault of their own, the hotel building is very rough and needs a lot of work, but the staff makes up for it by ten folds. 'Disappointed. Stayed for 6 days and booked 2 rooms; both are very small, just enough for the bed/s. Though the staff are accommodating, everything had to be requested (once they even forgot to give us the complimentary water).There's no in-house phone so you need to either go down to the front desk, or use your cellphone. Once we decided to just have dinner at the hotel because we were too tired to eat out, but were told they weren't serving dinner then. Hope they improve soon. '
