The Bons Amis Suite: Chic Decor, Walk Downtown

The Bons Amis Suite is located on the second floor of the house and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Note: this is a multi-unit building, not a single family home. There are 4 other beautifully renovated Airbnb units here. Please keep in mind, we do not have full time staff on site. All guests will be asked to respect the space and be courteous of others by adhering to quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

LIVING ROOM: queen sleeper sofa, rolling smart TV, dining space for 2

KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric tea kettle, french press, coffee maker (traditional drip), Keurig

BEDROOM: queen bed, nightstand with bedside lamp, vanity with mirror

BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, tub/shower combo, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion)

SHARED AMENITIES: EV charger, laundry room with washer and dryer

Other things to note:
- For the safety of our guests and staff, the property has two Ring security cameras capturing live video and audio of the front door entrance and the back parking area.
- This suite is located on the second floor of the house and is only accessible by staircase.
- Each guest is provided with 1 parking pass that gives them access to park on the street. Note that parking directly in front of the house is not reserved and you may find that you need to park a few houses farther down. We also have a small parking lot behind the house with very limited spaces. Lost parking passes will result in a 50 USD fine.
- This is NOT a pet-friendly accommodation. Violations subject to fines.
