Geweldige zomer uitzicht op de bergen, bubbelbad, ruime lay-out.

Dit is een hoekopstelling op de bovenste verdieping van het complex die u privacy en een geweldig uitzicht biedt. Open de deur en betreed de grote woonkamer met dramatische gewelfde plafonds die bijdragen aan het ruime gevoel. Het eetgedeelte en de volledig uitgeruste keuken liggen er pal naast. Er is genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om rond te hangen rond de gashaard zonder het gevoel te druk te hebben. Uit de eetkamer is het grote balkon met een prachtig uitzicht, omringd door espen voor privacy en een echte berg voelen.

De slaapkamer is beneden en heeft een en-suite badkamer, hoog gewelfd plafond en queensize bed. Op dit niveau vindt u ook de tweede slaapkamer met queensize bed en hoog gewelfd plafond voor extra ruimtelijk gevoel.

Buiten de tweede slaapkamer is de tweede complete badkamer, gedeeld door de woonkamer. Ga op de wenteltrap naar het hok boven en je zult versteld staan hoe groot het is. Er zijn 2 aparte bedden (of een kingsize bed) er, een andere badkamer met bubbelbad en veel ruimte over voor een andere woonkamer. Elke slaapkamer heeft een tv. Je hoeft de ski's niet mee te nemen want je hebt je eigen ski-locker net buiten de voordeur. Het complex ligt op slechts 800 meter van de pistes en biedt een gratis winterpendeldienst, 2 bubbelbaden in de openlucht en wasfaciliteiten. Ongeëvenaarde waarde voor de locatie en ruimte die u hier krijgt!

Nice, quiet place to spend a few days with college friends. The unit was spotless and the management company was quickly attentive to a few small maintenance issues.

We loved our stay in Yampa 212. The lock on the door is a coded lock that changes around every time you put the code in so it is extra safe. This place is very comfy, cozy, & clean, the supplies are in abundance. “Supplies” as in kitchen ware, fans, blankets & even a pack & play upstairs. The best part was the back balcony, which provided us access to seeing tons of humming birds feeding from the neighbors feeders. We saw a hawk & we hot to see a bear. Spoke to a neighbor that lives there & she mentioned that this bear we saw had a mother (that for some reason, I didn’t ask) was put down years prior. I should have asked but didn’t. If you want to have a quiet night in this is the place to get. Its upstairs area is a loft with two beds, great for teens or anyone that would like to take the spiral stairs up & down. One queen & one day bed with a trundle.The shower upstairs is very roomie. Down stair the master has a king & the third bedroom has two sets of bunks. Just a lot of room. Over all this was just an all around great experience. I do suggest that whoever owns this should place two humming bird feeders off of your balcony, just so visitors can experience the cuteness overload of the 5 humming birds we saw. There is one humming bird that’s black & three green ones & one with purple. It would of been a more interesting experience if we had the hummingbirds closer to us. But still worthwhile.

Great place for 2 families

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths make this condo ideal. The shuttle service is top notch. It comes every15 minutes and on demand in the evenings.

good but...

The property itself was as advertised. It was clean and enough for family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Plenty of bed space with four year bunk beds, a queen in the bedroom and a queen in the loft. The problem we had was when we arrived the digital keylock was not working and was in the "deadbolt" mode so there were no numbers on the screen to use the combination. It was after hours so we called the emergency number which was a call center not in steamboat. They called the person on call locally but nobody came. When we spoke to the manager of the call center, he noted that they do not get any confirmation that the on-call person received their messa and just assumed that the message was received. So after lugging all of her luggage to the apartment we had to reload the car at 10:00 at night and find a hotel to stay. The next day the local management was in the office and were most pleasant and helpful. They refunded our money for the night where we could not get in. However the whole experience was not a great way to end the day after a long plane ride and car trip. Otherwise the location was good. You can walk to the base which is about a 10-15-minute walk depending on conditions but walking home is all uphill and is a little arduous after a day on the slopes with all your gear. There is a shuttle which comes by pretty regularly in the morning but getting back is a little more difficult w/ less consistent shuttle service from Retreia because of all the people leaving

Good location, shuttle to the ski base was convenient. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, it was in clean condition. unfortunately the heat in the living room was not working, so the living room and upstairs landing got quite cold at night.

Overall quite nice, 4/5 for sure. Shuttle service is awesome! Could use a bit of TLC on maintenance (fireplace fan not working, upstairs shower drain clogged, other minor maintenance needs). Note, not walkable in general, its a the top of a big hill. Steamboat is a dream!

Family Escape

We booked a four night ski trip to Steamboat and had a fabulous time. Used the short shuttle ride to the resort frequently and never waited more than a few minutes. Perfect getaway for a 3-generation family vacation.

Stayed here for a long weekend with our kids. We loved this property! The kids spent lots of time on the balcony watching wildlife, and even spotted a few bears. The beds were comfortable, and the space was very clean.

The condo is updated and was perfect for 8 people! The property sits up pretty high above Steamboat and cooled nicely in rhe evening. We didnt have issues with parking, but only two spots allowed per unit. The only thing that needs fixing is the upstairs shower door...it would catch and we were afraid it could break and hurt someone. Great spot. We will be back.

Map pin is way off. That was why I booked it. Then address they listed was for a different (much more appealing property). After checking in with Retreatia, I realized we didn’t have adequate parking or towels. Bathroom shower drain was plugged and the help desk wasn’t much. Had they accurately listed the property and I know what we were getting, I would have been satisfied.

Yampa Valley Success

We really enjoyed our stay here in Yampa Valley for our Ski Trip this past weekend. We got to the unit which was clean, orderly, and had a beautiful view of the Valley. The unit is located nearby the ski lifts, but not walking distance (Or ski in - Ski Out). There is a local shuttle that runs every 15 mins to the lift, and the ski lifts are the first stop! Overall a great unit that fit 8 of us comfortably. For the price you really cannot beat it. Would stay here again!

Holiday Travels

Stayed in Steamboat with family (4 adults and 4 teenagers) over the holidays. Unit was the perfect size and the open floor plan allowed everyone the space to be comfortable. Walkable to the base but it is very uphill on the way back. Shuttle service was amazing - loop service to and from the mountain and booked a trip to and from dinner one evening. Would highly recommend.
