Ideale ski in / uit locatie - mooi gerenoveerd met een groot bed configuratie

Dit is een groot appartement met een zeer goede locatie! Sinds het najaar van 2016 zijn er enkele belangrijke upgrades geweest. Dit omvat gloednieuwe hardhouten vloeren, nieuwe bedden, matrassen, badstof en beddengoed, upgrades naar de keuken, badkamers en meer. Zelfs de kunstwerken en het interieur werden overal vervangen om dit appartement een warme, smaakvolle en toch verfijnde stijl te geven. Het beddengoed is opnieuw geconfigureerd en geüpgraded om het appartement goed te laten werken voor veel verschillende soorten groepen. Met een kingsize of queensize bed in alle 3 de slaapkamers en 3 complete badkamers, zou dit een ideale plek zijn voor 3 stellen. Er zijn echter ook 2 Twins, een Queen Futon en een Queen-uitklapbank, waardoor grotere groepen of groepen met kinderen de flexibiliteit hebben zich te verspreiden. Dus je hebt een mooi bijgewerkt en stijlvol appartement hier. Dat gezegd hebbende, het belangrijkste dat u moet weten over deze accommodatie is dat de locatie niet veel beter kan zijn! U kunt direct naar het gebouw skiën! Het is supergemakkelijk om thuis te komen voor de lunch, om te werpen of een laag kleding toe te voegen, om een minuutje op te warmen of om een verfrissend drankje te nemen. Het is niet nodig om duur voedsel op de berg te eten met een locatie die even handig is als deze! Begin de crock-pot wanneer je weggaat en kom thuis bij een warme, heerlijke en goedkope zelfgemaakte maaltijd! U kunt niet alleen direct naar de accommodatie skiën, maar deze accommodatie bevindt zich op de begane grond en biedt gemakkelijke toegang voor vermoeide benen. Dit betekent ook dat het in het zomerseizoen behoorlijk koel blijft in de unit. Wanneer u naar buiten stapt om uw dag te beginnen, bevindt u zich onmiddellijk naast de skischool, de gondel, het loket, koffie- en broodjeszaken, restaurants, bars, ski- en fietswinkels, alles wat u nodig heeft zonder één straat over te steken. Verwarmde loopbruggen vanaf uw deur maken het wandelen nog gemakkelijker zelfs op een grote poederdag !. Als u de straat oversteekt, vindt u boodschappen, evenals 2 coffeeshops, 3 restaurants en een bierhal met meer dan 50 bieren om uit te kiezen. Zomergasten zullen ook van het gebied houden. Terwijl Burgess Creek op een gecontroleerd niveau doorstroomt, en de vele attracties van de avonturenzone voor kinderen, kunnen kinderen rondspoken en zich prima vermaken. Natuurlijk kun je de Gondola beklimmen voor mooie tochten, fantastische uitzichten, wandelen en mountainbiken, of de heuvel oprijden en gratis naar beneden rijden. Zomer 2017 bracht het debuut van de nieuwe minigolfbaan, de "Outlaw" bergcoaster en vele andere gezinsvriendelijke activiteiten die het plezier van het verblijf op deze locatie echt vergroten! Ongeacht het seizoen, deze locatie zal u zeker in het hart plaatsen van waar u wilt zijn en u uw volgende bezoek laten plannen zodra u naar huis gaat.

Easy Peasy Walk to the Gondola

We loved the closeness of the unit to the Gondola. You walk across the parking lot, a pass the covered garage, and you can see the Gondola. Ski all morning and come back for lunch. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of bath towels, ski and boot storage, large couch to fit everyone, large dining table, plenty of close restaurant close by,etc. Management always responded promptly and helped up find the unit when we first arrrived. Would I stay in the unit again, definitely.

Great location, old property

This is a large condo that is located extremely close to the main Gondolas. The location is almost impossible to beat. The condo, though, is very old and the furnishings are very tired. The couch is very comfy and that's a great place to hang out. The beds, linens, etc. are worn and not that nice. The furnishings in general are very old and tired. The whole thing needs a "deep clean" as the kitchen cabinets are dirty and grimy, etc. I'm sure it stays rented so it's hard to justify the expense, to take this to a five star rating the furnishings need to be improved. However, make no mistake, the location deserves an 6 star rating.You wouldn't regret renting here but the condo is very "tired."

The condo was as advertised. We had problem with plumbing and the management sent someone the same day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The bathrooms were a bit dated. Otherwise, it was such a pleasant stay. 100yds or less from the gondolas, which is EXACTLY what we wanted! I would stay here again!

Management company did NOT manage!!

Property had several issues, but when called, Mgmt asked me to provide pictures, lengthy descriptions and then instead of sending rep or maintenance person, few days later, they asked me for larger pictures with better descriptions. I spent a good part of my vacation doing their job! Property was nice but was dirty, fireplace didn't work, entry door gap allowed significant cold air into unit, mattress in 2nd M Ste.was terribly bowed,frame of bed was broken, and it was documented to be 22yrs old and deemed a fire hazard. Smaller bedroom was very dirty, had a bad mattress and bedding that smelled. Family members then moved to living room sofas to sleep, Maintenance person finally came just to fix fireplace 2 days before we were to check out. AFTER we left, Mgmt co reviewed and repaired some of the issues and then offered us $500. However, they never took responsibility for their lack of response and for the inconvenience to us! Therefore, I did not accept the $ as an excuse for their poor performance.

Great location! Super comfy!

This condo was better than we expected! The location was so close to the ski slope no one in our group had trouble walking there each day. Literally a 3 min walk to the ski slope gondolas or chair lifts. Great restaurant and grocer options nearby. Open space for kids to play in snow. Hot tubs were great after day of cold winter activities. Condo was comfy and spacious. Had everything we needed. Info from rental company said there would be a valet there to help with luggage, ski equipment, etc but we never saw anyone any of the 8 days we were there. This was the first place we’ve ever been told to strip our own bed linens and take out all the trash; typically the cleaning crew takes care of this. Loved having games in the condo; family enjoyed UNO and Jenga.

Perfect place!

Our group of seven stayed here the week before Christmas and loved this unit. The beds were comfortable, location was ideal for quick access to the slopes and gondola center, hot tub was hot with strong jets, and the place was well-equipped for us. Parking was just steps from our door as was the ski valet. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

We had nice weekend getaway in this condo. It says it sleeps 10 and we had 8 in our group, but it was a tight-fit with 8 people. The place looks bigger on the photos then in person. One person in our group said the top bunk was really uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on the couch. Which was very big, and great for us to sit around for game night. It was managed by a Property Management Co. and I prefer dealing with individual owners when renting a place on VRBO. Other than that it suited our needs and we had a great time.

Steamboat Vacation

This property was lovely. So warm and cozy to come back to after skiing all day. Location was perfect for easy access to the gondola. Great restaurants right at the base. Loved every second of our trip. Hope to come back again next year!!!

True ski in ski out

Great experience, no complaints at all. The lifts are next to property and takes a couple mins to bring your ski/ board over to the front lifts and gondola. Place is well equipped, and plenty of room for 6-8 adults. Thanks for a great stay!

Great space!

Condo was a great space for our week long stay. Lots of super comfy beds. Loved the living room & giant wrap around couch. Being on the bottom floor, it also stayed nice & cool (given no AC as typical for Steamboat). Only watch out, Steamboat Ski area is doing major lift renovations this summer. Which caused some issues with construction & access to the mountain activities.

Escaped Texas Just in Time

Property manager was extremely accommodating when we needed to arrive early true to historical cold weather in Texas! Property was just as described. Location and convenience to mountain better than described! Added convenience of them taking care of lift tickets was a big plus.

Hit and miss for this one

We had terrible luck at this property. First, the pluses: -Great location (not 'ski in' like the Sheraton but it's a 10 min walk to gondola) -Nice layout- Master bedroom was on the other side away from the kids' rooms -Stocked nicely- We appreciated that they didn't throw out the prevous guest's full waters etc so that we didn't have to go to the store right away, We replenished various things to 'pass it on'. Outside of that- we were pretty frustrated with our stay but it wasn't the owner's fault, it's the property management company. -The highest rung on the ladder of bunk bed spun in a circle when stepped on and sent my daughter flying to the floor within 20 min of arriving. It was dramatic as we weren't sure she was going to be able to ski since she landed on her ankle. - The floor was sticky in the kitchen which just felt really gross during Covid times - The ski passes we bought ahead of time so we wouldn't have to go inside the ski office weren't delivered to the unit. It was a mission to chase Gray down to get the spreadsheet filled out etc and then he wouldn't even take our calls but texted to go 'use the kiosk'. We could have done that ourselves (and the kiosk didn't work for our tickets, thankyouverymuch). -The jacuzzis were closed but they were not when we booked our stay- no one communicated this to us. Managment told me it was my responsiblity to check beforehand yet we couldn't get our deposit back anyhow so...?? -I emailed the property management company on the first day regarding all three issues and got a very robotic response- no one asked if my daughter was ok, told me the stickiness must have been cleaning agent and wrote me off. I've never seen anything like it. They did come fix the ladder though. -We had no internet the entire last day of our stay which meant we couldn't work. -The snowplows outside woke all of us up multiple times a night- this property is right on the street and it sounds like a dumpster being pulled behind a truck at 50 mph when it starts at 3am. -The drawer in the master dresser comes out very fast and landed on my foot. Overall- I told the property management company this as well- it's a great property with an awful management company. They do not care about your issues, they just want you to be quiet. I left a note for the owners to change companies- I hope they do.

Best 3 BD in Steamboat!

This is an amazing property. We have been coming to steamboat for the last 10 years and this was by far our favorite place. The unit is very spacious for a 3BA/3BA and comes with all the conveniences you would expect. Parking was great and being only a few steps from the gondola was a huge plus! We appreciate the owners for accommodating our family and will be back again for sure!

Christmas Trip

Ideal location! After a long flight with all 5 of our boys age 22-14, we were ready to crash. The airline lost our luggage for 24 hours so we were thankful to be right across the street from Wild Plum, Christy Sports and a few restaurants! Although you can not ski to the front door, it’s a super short walk to the Gondola. It’s really nice to ski the morning, eat lunch & relax at the condo & then ski the afternoon. The shuttle to downtown is also a short walk which is lovely when you’ve skied all day and are ready for a relaxing dinner. The condo was spotless & had the perfect spot to snuggle up & watch Christmas movies, play cards but also spacious enough to have your own quiet time. We go to bed much earlier than the boys so the Master Bedroom secluded by itself was fabulous!! We highly recommend this condo, as well as, Alpine transportation to and from the airport!

Timely Assistance from Management

Overall, our stay was awesome and I would recommend this property. Upon arriving, the property was very dirty, however, Joe was so awesome and came on a Sunday to clean the whole thing entirely himself (and he did a really good job). We appreciated his timely response in helping us so we could settle in and feel at home. Joe is the best!! You can't beat the location, at the resort and just a short drive or bike ride from downtown. Great place for families to stay!

Wonderful Traveling Experience

Our family had an awesome time at Steamboat Springs! We were close to so many things. The place we stayed was wonderful, but because we were there the week of Thanksgiving lots of things had not opened yet. One disappointment was the sleigh rides were not open yet. Also, the Gondola was closed for repairs. Those of us who didn’t ski had planned to ride it so we could go up on the mountain. We should have planned to be there a couple of weeks later.

Friend wedding weekend getaway

Overall the property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was friendly and easily reached at anytime during our stay. The location was great, although many places were closed or had short hours do to the off-season. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a weekend getaway with friends or family.
