  • Offering an abundance of space across multiple levels, this five-bedroom townhome at EagleRidge is a wonderful, comfortable retreat where you can gather with friends and family after a day of adventure in Steamboat Springs. Curl up to the gas fireplace in winter, cool off in the air-conditioning come summer, and spend your evenings year-round playing games around the dining room table or piling on the sectional for movies on one of the six TVs. You'll be able to walk to the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort each morning and come home to a private laundry room for your gear and a jetted bathtub for your sore muscles. There's an open kitchen where you can cook on stainless steel appliances and store your favorite bottles in the wine fridge. Spend summer afternoons grilling with a view of the mountains outside on the expansive deck and the winter months easily exploring Steamboat on the complimentary shuttle.

    After a day of enjoying the community's many shared amenities, including a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, and massage services, you'll have your choice of five comfortable bedrooms, including one with a California king. A sofa bed provides additional accommodations.

    WHAT'S NEARBY
    This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find local restaurants and sores. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park two miles northwest or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Magical

We brought our kids & grandkids to this wonderful spot. The townhouse is perfectly located for an easy walk to the base of the mountain and the shops, gondolas & restaurants. The townhouse has a fully stocked kitchen if you want to dine in which was helpful on some nights. The townhouse is located very close to the pool & hot tubs which was awesome after some long hikes. More than enough space for entertaining game nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Holiday Home!

My family and I cook our meals. The kitchen was set up very well, as well as the separation of the bedroom. Great layout. We had a problem with the furnace, but management resolved it. Great location to the ski mountain. We would love to go back to this unit next time.

Amazing condo

This condo was perfect for 3 families. We had 14 and everyone had a bed. All beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked so that we could cook every night! The view of the mountain is amazing and it’s a short walk to the hot tub. Has everything we wanted PLUS a ping pong table that we didn’t even expect! Huge hit with the teens. Some of the photos of beds didn’t match what was onsite but it worked ok for us. Management just needs to update the photos. We would definitely rent again!!

We loved our stay!

Perfect location as it’s a quick walk to the base but still quiet. We did see a bear from the patio one evening! Granted we had also grilled salmon outside. FYI the smoke alarm is WAY sensitive. It went off with every dinner, bacon, etc. just stand on a chair to push the button to make it stop. We would definitely return to this great condo.

So convenient and comfortable!

We had three families of 4 staying in this unit and everyone loved it! It was spacious and accommodating. We had a lot of space to hang out on the main floor and the kids had their own space in the basement level living room. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked three meals there. The hot tubs in the main lobby were right behind us and only a short walk away. There was a shuttle that came right to our front door to take us to the gondola and back. We never had to wait more than a few minutes. The garage is a two car heated garage with space for your skis. The only downside to the garage was the broken ping pong table taking up one half of the garage but we were able to park two cars in the driveway and one in the garage. I got text messages from the management office periodically making sure everything was ok. The unit was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels and tissue. We are already talking about staying there again!

Great locations and accommodations for a big group

This home was excellent for our large group. Plenty of beds and a well stocked kitchen! A quick walk to the hot tub, easy to ride the bus or walk to the gondola. We had fluky hot water but otherwise it was an amazing trip and I would definitely return.

Lovely and comfy.

We had a large group of skiers for MLK weekend and absolutely loved everything about this property. The check-in process was easy with lots of friendliness. From the shuttle service that picked us up at the end of the driveway to the well stocked kitchen, we were comfortable and pampered. It's refreshing to stay in a large unit that actually had enough coffee mugs, plates and wine glasses for everyone! Our kids in their 20s got a kick out of wearing the big white robes over to the nearby hot tubs. We were surprised that we had housekeeping service as well. A wonderful memory was enjoying a Bronco win on the living room flat screen next to the very warm fireplace. A delightful, beautiful unit and we hope to book it again next year!
