Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers ligt in de buurt van de gondel en biedt vanaf de eigen veranda uitzicht op de hellingen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met een koelkast, magnetron, fornuis, kookplaat; inclusief serviesgoed, zilverwerk, potten / pannen en keukengerei.

Er is een koning slaapkamer met een tv en een eigen badkamer, en de 2e slaapkamer met vier modulaire eenpersoonsbedden kan worden gerangschikt in een van 20 configuraties en een tv. Er is een tweede volledige badkamer grenst aan de tweede slaapkamer. De slaapbank in de woonkamer zorgt voor extra slaapcapaciteit.

De Trailhead Lodge aan de overkant van de straat, waar u toegang toe heeft, biedt een buitenbubbelbad, een groot zwembad, een fitnesscentrum, een gemeenschappelijke speelkamer met een pooltafel, een gemeenschappelijke grillruimte. Houd er rekening mee dat voorzieningen mogelijk niet beschikbaar zijn in het laagseizoen en voor onderhoud zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.

ROND HET BERGEN:
The First Tracks Condominiums liggen voor de deur van Bangtail. De Gondola is tegenover de parkeerplaats bij de Trailhead lodge. De gratis pendelbus van Steamboat bevindt zich op parkeerterrein Meadows 0. 26 mijl verderop.

Great location

We had never been to Steamboat and weren’t sure where to stay. This location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Wild horse gondola to get to the base of the mountain. The property was clean and well maintained. The only “cons” were that the building has no ski storage so you have to lug your equipment up and down three flights of stairs everyday (unless you store it at the base), and the building has very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors. But, those wouldn’t stop me from renting this place again!!

Great Winter Getaway

We had a great trip to Steamboat. The condo was comfy and well equipped. We enjoyed playing games at night, using the hot tub (an easy walk) and amazing snow. The gondola was an easy walk. It was nice to not have to fool with a shuttle.

Very nice like new property. Short, level walk to Wildhorse Gondola or Shuttle (if wind hold). Equipment closet very nice extra. Outdoor hot tubs are short walk. Great Master, but 2nd bedroom mattresses could have been better. Especially for an adult. Thanks!

Spacious condo in great location

Just as described. Sky Run management did an excellent job communicating before and during our stay. Kitchen was large, clean, and well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with plenty of linens. Lots of fun board games. Short walk to activity center and Wildhorse Gondola. Quiet location on the 3rd floor. Only complaint from 2 of 3 of my adult sons was that the twin beds were uncomfortable. Probably wouldn’t matter to younger kids. Highly recommend!!

Convenient ski condo with great outdoor space

This property was perfect for us. Great access to lower gondola for easy, quick skiing access. The condo was clean and comfortably housed our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Common areas were nice and spacious leading to games and movie time. Shared outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Highly recommended and we'd love to stay again!

We selected this place because it was walking distance to the pickleball facility. It was nicely appointed. The hot tubs and swimming pool looked great but we did not have time to use. There is a lot of construction nearby as they are building across the street.

GREAT CONDO!

Family of 4 stayed here for spring break ski vacation. Condo as pictured. Very clean. Well outfitted kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. The management company was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Walking distance to Wildhorse Gondola. No need for a car. The shuttle was easy to use. Lots of games for great family time in evenings after skiing and dinner. Great pool and hot tubs!

Great Location and Amenities

Overall I was pleased with our experience. Booking was easy, and the property manager was very responsive to questions. The condo was fine and well appointed. Beds comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Only negative to us was air circulation and heat. Even with all the baseboard heating dialed down, it still got really warm inside. We frequently opened the patio door even though it was well below freezing and snowing outside to get some cool /fresh air in. Also lack of elevator made carrying the loaded ice chest and groceries to the third floor a challenge, esp if one is injured (hurt my knee skiing) or elderly. Its the amenities that really set this apart - location is very convenient with private gondola access to the base. Private ski equipment and boot storage immediately adjacent to the lift to the base. Access to Trailhead Lodge (across the street) with private heated pool, three hot tubs, fire pit, work out facility and locker rooms. We all really enjoyed these aspects very much. Overall pleased.

Property manager was super easy to get in touch with via text. The place was super clean and comfy. Fully equipped kitchen so kids and I even got to make some banana bread during our stay. Loved the pool and hot tub as well.

Nice place to stay but view is gone with construction

The property was really nice. The unit was clean and looked nice. The kitchen had everything a family needs. A nice surprise was the games in the unit. Only two downsides was construction now takes away the view and the is no air conditioning for the hot summer days. The unit did have box fans which helped a little bit.

Newer and comfortable (lots of construction)

When I booked the unit I specifically looked for a place that had views and serenity so I could enjoy some time on the balcony and when we looked out the windows. Their was no view but rather a view of the building currently under construction and the roofs going on. This was a huge disappointment. We couldn’t enjoy the view that the pictures showed on the posting. We figured the pictures listed were atleast 4-5 years old. Very misleading. This needs to be updated to show the current views. In addition, I had to email the property management company to bring the necessary bathroom towels for the number of guests we had staying there as it wasn’t adequately stocked as well as sheets for the pull out couch. The management company was wonderful to deal with and they responded immediately to my requests. Very thankful for that. The pool and hot tubs were a wonderful place to relax and a very short walk across the street to the Trailhead Lodge. All in all a comfortable place to stay.

Pictures were accurate to what you would expect and the unit was clean upon arrival. The only issue we had, which is no fault of the owner or skyrun, was that with fresh snow there is no way of knowing which numbered parking spot is reserved for the unit. The owners of the spot we parked in, due to all being full (i.e. our spot was also occupied), was nice enough to leave a note on our vehicle indicating which spot we were in so we could move over. Was nice they were understanding.

Communication

I got in late the first night and had no instructions on how to get into the property. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn. In the morning the property management company contacted me gave me instructions to enter and refunded me 1 night. Also gave me a free meal for my trouble. The instructions should be in the VRBO confirmation. I assumed that is how it worked. The whole mess could have been avoided had the instructions not been sent separately. I never did receive the other email. Lesson learned. I will always call and speak with someone before arrival.

Weekend Girls Trip

What a cute condo! Loved that one of the rooms had 4 beds. Fit 6 girls with room to spare. Kitchen had everything even tho we didn’t cook. The pool appeared to be closed and only one hot tub was operating but the temperature wasn’t very hot. Other than that the location is perfect. Close to everything. Thank you for our stay! Will definitely book again next time we are in Steamboat Springs!
