Timber Run 107 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is a nicely updated and affordable condo that is ideal for two couples plus kids or singles. It features comfy furniture, tasteful decor, an abundance of on-site amenities and a good location. Please read on for more details.

The Property:
When you enter this condo, you'll find an open concept living room and 2 story vaulted ceilings. The living room is large, featuring comfy leather furniture, a warm gas fireplace with stone surround, a large HDTV on top of an entertainment center filled with books and games, as well as access to the covered balcony, where you'll find padded chairs. The living room includes one sleeper sofa. The dining room has a beautiful table with matching chairs and buffet table. Both the dining room and living room have the 2 story vaulted ceilings, which makes these rooms feel quite spacious. The kitchen is has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It is an extra wide galley kitchen with a breakfast bar that makes it easy to serve up meals to the dining room. The kitchen has some bonus features too, including the new fridge with filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The main level of this condo includes the first bedroom, which includes a nice King size bed, dresser with a large HDTV, large closet, and direct access to the first of two full bathrooms. Head upstairs and do a little turn across the catwalk, yeah. Here you'll find bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, a large closet, vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has 4 Twin size beds (2 bunk beds). The upstairs bathroom is a "Jack and Jill" bathroom that can be accessed directly from either of the upstairs bedrooms.

Location:
Timber Run is located 1/2 mile from the center of the Steamboat Ski Resort. In ski season, a complimentary private shuttle is available to give you a ride to and from the slopes. During the day, it loops back and forth to and from Gondola Square, the heart of the mountain village. From there, you can easily walk throughout the mountain village, or hop on the free city bus for a ride anywhere in town. The distance to the slopes is walkable for many, and outside of ski season, can be quite pleasant. From this condo, just head downstairs, turn right, and cross Walton Creek Road to the Mountain Sneak trail, a paved and plowed sidewalk which meanders in between developments and leads directly to Gondola Square. Ski season guests who prefer the walk to the shuttle may consider storing skis and boots in Gondola Square, to make the walk easier. If you rent skis or boards, they'll offer free overnight storage, and we offer discounted rental rates from multiple rental locations in the Gondola Square area. Parking at the ski area is free, but the walk is faster. If anyone in your group is not skiing, driving to drop people off would take only about 2 minutes.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you. We offer professional concierge services, provide you with arrival instructions and answers to any specific questions you might have. When you arrive, you'll check in at the on site front desk. Accessing the unit does require going up one flight of stairs. Parking at Timber Run is an outdoor lot. Parking is provided for up to two vehicles. The spaces are not assigned or reserved, and there is usually more than enough space for everyone. Please note, trailers are not allowed, per HOA guidelines. If you plan to bring one, there are options for parking them nearby. Contact us for details.

The tennis court is open in summer season only.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property.
