  • Dit onlangs gerenoveerde appartement in het hart van het centrum biedt u op loopafstand toegang tot alles wat Steamboat te bieden heeft. Ga naar de hellingen in Steamboat Ski Resort met gemakkelijke toegang tot de hop-on hop-off shuttle van Steamboat brengt je rechtstreeks naar de hellingen. Het is niet nodig om overal in de stad vervoer te organiseren met gemakkelijke toegang tot Howelsen Hill, bars, restaurants en meer. Je hebt gelijk in het hart van alle actie. Neem ook een duik in Old Town Hot Springs na een lange dag skiën.

    Dit appartement is onlangs bijgewerkt, dus nieuwe werkbladen, hardhouten vloeren, meubels en meer.

    Geniet van een comfortabele queensize slaapbank en love-seat. We hebben onlangs ook een nieuwe 47-inch flatscreen-tv geïnstalleerd. Er is een handige opberghoek, ideaal voor het opbergen van sportartikelen.
    KEUKEN & EETKAMER
    Dit is een volledig gevulde keuken, uitgerust met nieuw geïnstalleerde granieten werkbladen, metrotegels backsplash en hoogwaardige apparatuur.
    Wanneer is het tijd om te eten, dineren aan tafel voor vier of zitten aan de ontbijtbar voor drie.
    SLAAPKAMERS & BADEN
    Dit appartement op de begane grond biedt plaats aan maximaal zes gasten tussen de twee slaapkamers en een slaapbank in de woonkamer.
    De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een 32-inch flatscreen-tv. De badkamer (gedeeld met de tweede slaapkamer) heeft een granieten wastafel en een bad / douche-combinatie.
    De tweede slaapkamer is uitgerust met een stapelbed met twee eenpersoonsbedden, een onderschuifbed met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een 32-inch flatscreen-tv.

    Gereserveerd parkeren is beschikbaar voor één voertuig op de parkeerplaats.

    We zijn in het hart van het centrum op 7th en Yampa Street. Het appartement is 3 mijl naar Steamboat Ski Resort en we zijn 1 blok van de hop on hop off ski-shuttle die elke 20 minuten rijdt.

The unit was clean and tidy, no issues. The location is great for walking around downtown and it’s in the heart of the restaurant and bar district. The unit would be even better if it had a digital thermostat and some USB charging ports. We would definitely stay there again.

Ski stay in Steamboat Springs.

The unit was as advertised, newly renovated and quite comfortable. The location was right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. If our travels takes us to that part of the country again, we will definitely stay in that unit again!

Quaint condo in the heart of downtown

We loved our stay here! Walking distance to all shops and restaurants in town. Short drive to the mountain and grocery store. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but would absolutely stay here again.

This unit is very comfortable and extremely convenient. You could not be more centrally located here. The condo is in the center of restaurants and bars. The farmers market is right outside the door on Saturdays.

Location location location

We were in town for a gravel bike race. Staying downtown had us steps from the finish line and also the Saturday Farmers market. Easy walk to the pool and all else Steamboat has to offer. It was an unusually hot weekend which required windows open. This created some loud evenings with restaurants and mornings with garbage trucks! All part of the downtown ambiance.

Perfect location

My family stayed at the property for our ski trip to Steamboat. We have never stayed downtown before. It was great being able to walk to all the downtown restaurants. We loved having the private off street parking. The condo fit all of our needs. We had everything we needed during our stay. The bus to the slopes is just a couple blocks away and was about a 10 minute ride to the slopes and back. The only issue is the noise from the bar across the street. It can be loud at night but was never an issue with us. Light sleepers may have trouble with the noise. We loved this property.

Great location but can be loud.

Loved the bus route on the express to and from the resort within a few walking minutes to the bus pickup. Corner location for great views of Howelsen Ski Hill and 8th street. Love not having to drive anywhere and parking spot was right outside the walkway in viewing distance. We stayed during the week and the noise was very loud a couple of nights from across the street from the irish bar O'neills. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the best choice, especially if considering a weekend. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Tiny crockpot.

Great condo in Steamboat!

This condo is wonderful! We loved all the provided amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee pods to name just a few of them) and found the kitchen to be more then adequately stocked with cooking utensils and dishes for our family of four (and we cooked simple meals every night after long days spent riding on the slopes!). The place was clean and we appreciated the supplied boot trays for wet boots and the “gear garage” area for stashing snow equipment! The location is great for walking around town and to shops and food, but it is a little loud as there is a bar right across the street (though admittedly, this may be a bonus for those who wish to partake in the nightlife!). Would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation!

Great ski trip with a few hiccups

The VRBO location was good....would be even greater in summer. The unit is as presented. One bedroom with double bed and one with bunk beds only. Nice for a family with two kids. A temperamental electronic lock became very frustrating. And, we had one day without water until evening due to a building plumbing issue.

Great location

Great downtown location, clean, good communication. Took a star off for the amenities it's lacking. There's no iron because they've never had a request for one. Kitchen is very sparse. 3 water glasses, not a lot to cook with. 2 washcloths in the bathroom. Blowdryer is terrible.

Central location

The location is perfect for experiencing Old Town. It’s just across the street from the Yampa River, and the Fly Fisher, if you fish. It includes a parking space, which is important during busy seasons. Multiple bars, restaurants, shops, galleries and local history are within walking distance. The ski resort is just 10 minutes away, and Haymaker Golf Course is about the same distance. The condo itself is well equipped, and comfortable, and is on the first floor. Communication with the owner was easy (I just texted them). Finding the place was a little challenging even though it’s right on the corner, and access is simple. It’s kind of hidden in pain sight. In summary it’s a great base for exploring Steamboat.

Disappointed

Property location is in great place once bus transportation system figured out.However, the owners were not very prompt with responses to issues. Had difficulty getting into the property and issues with the TV were not responded to until the next day.The main bedroom advertised as having a TV had the majority of the stations in Spanish. There was no solution by the owners how to rectify this problem. Therefore, the TV was barely usable in the bedroom. Additionally, amenities such as vacuum in very poor condition. Like the location but will not be staying here in the future especially considering the premium price charged.

Location has it's +/-'s

First, the downtown location cannot be beat. The ski bus stop is a minute walk, and the entire town is walkable. If you don't want to walk the 10 mins to the market or old town hot springs, just hop on the bus. The SST Express bus gets you to the resort in 7 mins. It's the most convenient ski town there is if you don't have a car. The location of the unit, however, means is it right across the street from like 5 (big) bars and restaurants. So it can be (was) loud for us. Like until 2am Friday night. Also the trash removal service seems to come VERY early in the morning (most days it seems). We were fine with it but if you're looking for a quiet place at night, this unit is not it. It's also on the ground floor: which is a plus for walking with ski boots on, but a minus when it comes to noise. Beds were comfortable, place was clean. NOTE: there is no fireplace, which is incorrect in the listing. Kitchen was minimally stocked (such as no foil, saran wrap, and almost no plastic containers etc). There was a Keurig. Plenty of towels/toilet paper which was nice. If you are a light sleeper, the unit is fine, just bring ear plugs, as both bedrooms face the bars. Overall excellent stay.
