Perched atop its own private hillside, The West Condominium lodging complex provides guests with a mountaintop retreat located directly above Steamboat's mountain village.

As you enter the property, you're greeted by a cozy foyer with a convenient bench for slipping off your boots after a day on the slopes or hiking and a coat rack for your outdoor apparel. Upstairs, the main living area welcomes you with vaulted ceilings. The gas fireplace creates an ambiance that is warm and inviting during cooler temperatures.
The kitchen is equipped with all you need to create delicious meals. The breakfast bar with three stools is perfect for quick bites, and the adjacent dining room features a wood table for six.

The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment. Snuggle up on the the window seating or the sleeper sofa. Two chairs offer additional space for relaxing or enjoying the views. Head downstairs to find the two bedrooms.

The first bedroom features a twin size bunkbed and full size bed with cozy bedspreads. The bathroom across the hall offers a tub/shower combination.
The master bedroom is at the end of the hall, featuring a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, leather chair, and ample closet space for all your adventure essentials. The master bathroom also offers a tub/shower combination.

After a day of outdoor fun, unwind at The West's two hot tubs and an outdoor pool heated to a comfortable 90 degrees in the winter await your relaxation.
Whether you're enjoying The West as a winter or summer getaway, a short stroll down the West-to-Village access path leads you directly to the gondola, shops, and restaurants at the Steamboat base area.

During summer, enjoy scenic views from the pool and outdoor grill area. Summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits further enhance Steamboat's splendid summertime surroundings.

This unit is located on the top floor of the complex there are stairs required to get to the unit. *There is not an elevator in this building.*

Cash operated laundry facilities located in the 400 building, which is the closest, and the 200 building. Change machines are located in each area.
