Though this home is a winter wonderland, the shared pool, hot tub, and private patio make this a great space for summer visitors as well! Regardless of the season, a homecooked meal always hits the spot, so head into the well-equipped kitchen and whip up a favorite recipe on all of the appliances of home. When the stars come out, break out the board games or cozy up with loved ones for a movie night on the TV!

The main bedroom features an attached bathroom with a steam shower. There is also a king bed and its own attached bathroom with a steam shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and an additional full bathroom.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You'll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You'll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!
