'Excellent location and very nice apartment. Next time I would ask to have the view to the London bridge. Wifi works great. There is no breakfast included, no restaurant neither. You need to deposit 50 pounds with Visa on arrival.'

'Excellent location in the centre of London with easy access to transport but just off the main roads so a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The building is fairly new with all modern amenities and the decor very tasteful. But what makes this hotel stand out, is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, Every member of staff we encountered, without exception, treated us as if we were not just valued guests, but actual royalty!'

'Kamers waren brandschoon!

'Very friendly and accomodating staff!'

'Geweldig verblijf in London.'

'I booked a 3 nights stay at Shangri-La The Shard for my fiancée and a friend including free breakfast as silver-tier benefit. On check-in, the hotel first claimed that free breakfast was not a silver benefit. When I emailed them the proof it was, the hotel then said it was only valid for the account holder. When I explained this is our household account, they said the error was on the booking website. They said to fully understand and regret the situation but could give only 1 day breakfast...

'Good room, good bed, clean'

'We really enjoyed our stay at The Chamberlain Hotel. The hotel has a quaint, cosy feel and a lot of character, which made it feel very welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the bathroom was also spotless, with both a shower and a bathtub. Breakfast was one of the highlights. There was a very good selection, but I especially enjoyed the smoked salmon and poached eggs with mashed avocado on sourdough bread —...

'Het was een geweldige beleving om daar te zijn, super deluxe en een geweldige grote kamer. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.'

'De kamer was lekker cozy en ruim. En na een warme dag was het fijn om in een goed gekoelde kamer te komen.'

'Very nice stay. Reception feels a bit dark and cramped but compensated by the friendly staff. Received a room upgrade, rose petals and cakes surprise to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall nice hotel in an excellent location'

'Communicatie was great, very quick to respond to all my questions. The room itself was very neat and smartly arranged. Nice bathroom with lovely thick fluffy towels.'
