'The staff (especially Ibrahim in the main restaurant) were so attentive to not just us, but everyone! Ibrahim ensured we had a fantastic dining experience and even was great at entertaining our daughter. The sun villa was standard and very dated, so we decided to upgrade to beach pool villa. We just wish we had done it sooner as it was gorgeous! The only downside is that the hotel isn't really designed for babies: the cot we had was quite dangerous as our daughter bumped her head on the wood...
