Mooie Key West Style Cottage op Quiet Canal in Steinhatchee, Fl. Cottage is op een getijdekanaal (geschikt voor maximaal 20 voet Flats Boat W / No Top of half windscherm of Jon Boat, drijvend dok met toegang tot de Golf in 10 minuten (geen wake zone). Ik heb een afspraak met de buurman die direct aan de rivier ligt en natte slips heeft voor elke maat boot. Mijn huurders zouden direct omgaan met buurman voor het reserveren en tarieven zodra reserveringen zijn geboekt. BOVENDIEN KUNNEN MIJN GASTEN HUN VOERTUIG NAAR HET HUIS RIJDEN EN HET VEILIG OP HUN EIGENSCHAP PARKEREN OP HET WATER. MIJN GASTEN HEBBEN OVER DEZE VOORZIENING GEWELD.
Na een dag op het water spring je eenvoudig van boot naar voertuig en weer thuis in één minuut. Op mijn terrein is er ruimte om uw boottrailer en een paar voertuigen op het terrein te parkeren. IK HEB EEN VISREINIGINGSSTATION BIJ MIJN HUIS GELEGEN OP HET KANAAL ACHTER MIJN HUIS MET VEEL RUIMTE OM TE ONTSPANNEN OP HET KADER. SCHOMMEL. HANGMAT OF HANGMATSCHOMMELING. EEN NIEUW GEBOUWDE HAARD EN BUITEN EETTAFEL SND CHOLCOAL GRILL.
Natuurlijk paradijs voor enkele van de beste zout- en zoetwatervissen, kanoën en scalloping in Florida. Prachtig ingericht met een afgeschermde veranda, balkon, tv's in alle kamers, volledig ingerichte keuken. Slaap 6 in bedden. Slechts 10 minuten boottocht (geen wake) naar de Golf. 0,5 mijl EN MINDER van restaurants, supermarkt, Dollar General en boothelling. ongeveer 1 mijl naar alles wat Steinhatchee te bieden heeft. Gelegen in een zeer privé-gebied van Steinhatchee.

This is a very well equipped home with the owners thinking of everything down to K-cup teas, coffees, different types of sweeteners, etc. Plenty of cookware and spices to go with whatever you're cooking. This was like a home away from home experience and I loved the porch swing. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night. The ONLY reason I did not give this place an excellent is because we couldn't dock our rather large boat outside. A smaller boat would have worked, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the place is right around the corner from the main restaurants in Steinhatchee. I would definitely consider another stay at this home, Woody's place!

Quick weekend trip to Steinhatchee. The house was perfect. Nice, clean, and quiet. Everything needed was onsite. The location is great. Walking distance to Kathi's restaurant and 5 minute drive to the marinas. I hope to spend more time there in the future.

Love Steinhatchee

We had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of being on a canal with access to the Gulf. Scalloping was awesome as usual. This was a very comfy place to stay, had all the necessities, and the owner was very attentive during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Wonderful experience!

Dropped by property early and met Michael. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave advice on how to improve our stay. The house had every thing we need to enjoy our stay. We will trurn the next time we head to Stienhatchee.

A group of 5 of us stayed here the weekend and it was perfect. The AC got cold and water pressure was great after a day on the water. The ride through the canal is about 5 minutes but note that we were topped out with a 21 foot boat. Be cautious of the tides. The property was located behind Kathy’s and was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Everything was just as described and more. The view off the back deck in the morning while drinking coffee….Awsome!! Swinging on the front porch in the afternoon breeze.The kitchen was not lacking anything, no ice maker was the only downfall. But you are literally minutes from the store. My only complaint (and I really shouldn’t because I forgot to turn on the dishwasher before we left😬) apparently some animals had gotten into the trash and made a mess. I would definitely recommend his home if you want a place to just relax in peace and quiet 😊
