Beautiful location to sit on porch and see the sunrise. This unit is perfect spot in the Landing. We were close to the common grass area so kids could play and they loved walking to play volleyball on sand court. Our family could easily pick us up on boat at the docks too.

Waterfront dream

Friends and family weekend in Steinhatchee. Another great property with prompt service from the maintenance team. This was our first time in this unit and we were well pleased. Nice layout. Plenty of room and sleeping spaces. Highly satisfied and would recommend it again and again.

First Scallop

Family scalloping trip with 9 mo old and 3.5 yo. Very nice time. Good experience for all. 3 year old was able to dive down and get a scallop independently. Our stay was good. Disappointed that the kitchen supplies were quite limited. Bedroom door knob fell off after basically no use. Probably needs to be professionally fixed. Loved the house style and decor. Beds were comfy. I would rate the trip a 4.75 out of 5. Good time was had by all😊

Such a treasure!

We LOVED this property. We had a group of four and it was perfect. There are two loft spaces that could sleep an additional 4 people. We didn’t utilize them but they were so cute! I could see kids loving them. The property is on the water with a private boat slip, and the amenities in the Landings are fantastic. This property offers additional privacy because one of the lots Nextdoor is occupied by the little mini-zoo. We rented a golf cart from Puddins and it was perfect. Communication was excellent and they facilitated an early check since we got into town early. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and spacious property, with a great view of the river and communal fire pit out front. Loft rooms were challenging for my teenage kids via ladder but they enjoyed their rooms. The place has plenty of bath towels and kitchen gadgets just bring your beach towels, ziplock, soap for the kitchen, extra TP/Paper Towels if you’re staying for a week, and charcoal for the grill.

The Osprey Nest Doesn’t Disappoint

This was our 5th year staying in The Landings and this was one of our favorite houses yet. Check in was a breeze and the location was fantastic. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids! The private boat slip right behind the house made lugging gear down to and from the boat a breeze. House was cozy and included all the necessary amenities! Thanks again for another great year!

Excellent house right on the river

This is a beautiful, clean house with two master bedrooms and two separate lofts with twins. It’s so convenient for loading up the boat, with its own reserved slip. It has close proximity to the petting zoo. We loved the wide selection of paperbacks, comfy furniture and beds, and open kitchen.
