'The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The private jet tub was incredible! The only downside was the internet was not stable and made working quite difficult. We had to purchase several internet packages during our stay so that we would be able to work at night. I know not everyone has to work on vacation so it was an isolated incident but just wanted to make it known we had some issues. Vicki did reset the router for us but in the end said it was due to island traffic.'

'We absolutely adored our time at Naxos Cave Suites. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the hosts. 'I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. Propreté irréprochable. Notre terrasse était équipée de transats et de chaises longues très confortables avec vue sur le patio et la deuxième mini piscine avec au loin la mer et les montagnes. Le personnel est très attentif et disponible. Une vraie pépite avec un rapport qualité / prix exceptionnel ! Juste noter qu’un moyen de transport est nécessaire (ville et plage à 10 min. en voiture).
