'Perfect place in a very nice old city. '

'When we arrived, it was already 10. p.m. The lady at the reception knew that we were a family of three. She pretended to ignore that after several mails and bookings. So there wasn't a bed ready for our daughter. We had to wait one hour for a bed for her because she said, she didn't know we were a family of three. We had a whole discussion but no one apologized. De dames bij de receptie zijn zeer vriendelijk en meedenkend! Absoluut een top hotel om eens te bezoeken! Wij komen hier zeker terug!!'

'Very nice resort, great staff'

'We loved it here and wished we'd stayed longer. There had been a mix-up with the booking (not their fault), but they still found a lovely room for us when we arrived late and unexpectedly, gave us a great dinner and a really warm welcome. Super food, amazing breakfast and tables close to the ocean - perfect location. Novi Grad is a lovely place and the hotel is the perfect location for everything - staff were excellent all round, really nice rooms too - highly recommended. I hope we can return...
