Great vibe, location and customer service. The only thing that is just meh is the breakfast . I think they could have some better options. Not everyone likes bagels and blueberry muffins. The only down side was the main elevator being down and everyone having to use tie service elevator. The wait time was a litte extended at times but everyone understood. The steps were not an option.
