'Had a lovely stay, very nice apartment and environment with lovely shops. Unfortunately the power was off for about 1,5 hrs so me and several other guests could not enter their apartment. However the staff was very friendly and did everything to solve the probleem as quick as possible. '

'We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and nice. The view from our room was amazing. My 5 year old whose obsession with planes couldn’t take his eyes off the runway. Seeing planes up close was such a highlight of his trip. Conveniently has shopping outlets located within 7mins drive. '

'The entire stay was excellent. We arrived early, but the front desk allowed us to check outrageous amounts of luggage, and gave us recommendations about how to spend our day in Vancouver. We elected to eat at the hotel restaurant, and our server, Lisa, was wonderful! She was one of the high points of our entire trip!'

'Het hotel was oké. Bedden waren goed kamer was netjes. Maar wat ik echt ondermaats vond was het ontbijt dit mag echt niet bij het Hilton. We hebben bij veel hotels overnacht en ontbeten maar dit spande alles. Wat was wel goed aan het ontbijt:
Scrambled egg, worstjes,spek 3 verschillende juice. Diverse normaal brood.
Nu dit gezegd te hebben was dit ook bijna het complete ontbijt.
Wat vonden wij minder.
Alleen koffie kon je krijgen geen cappuccino enz.
Ze hadden croissant’s maar deze leken en...

'We loved our short stay at Smithe House! It felt like we were staying in a high-end, new-build condo instead of a hotel room. All the finishes and touches were thoughtful, and the staff checked in frequently via text, which was helpful when we had initial troubles getting into the parking garage. We will be back!'

'Easy, fast check in. The free breakfast that is included was excellent everyday. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and the rooms were well kept and the beds were very comfortable. A nice added touch for sports enthusiasts or kids is that there is a basketball court with balls available at the desk.

"Het hotel zit dicht bij het vliegveld. Het hotel zit in een buurt met veel (Aziatische)
eettentjes. De buurt kan wel een opknap beurt gebruiken. Het hotel ziet er goed uit, maar oogt in eerste instantie wat oubollig , vanwege de bruine kleur van de inrichting, maar ook door de omgeving). De kamers zijn echter prima , schoon en fris. Bedden slapen goed, kussens zijn wat dik. De inloopdouche was perfect. Als de toilet apart zou zijn dan was de kamer uitstekend.
Het ontbijt was erg simpel, croissant of een muffin of cereals. De dame had het erg druk mee om alles aan te vullen.
Personeel was vriendelijk bij inchecken en dat verliep vlot."
