'This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in.'

'We had a very weird situation. We checked in on Friday. I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. I called down to the desk and they just said sign into public I did and I was connected to the Internet. The next day we left went down, had breakfast and. went to the conference we were attending. When we came home that night we could not get into the room. When we went down to...

'Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary. The staff was on auto pilot when checking in, barely looking at us or acknowledging the event or our travel. The room, although big, was underwhelming. No bathtub in the room. Thermostat was broken too. Way too much smoking taking place in the casino. Sat at an electronic machine with a live host and waited 30 minutes for a waitress (after turning on the set of light) and she...

'The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is under construction but very conveniently located. Unfortunately, the noise outside at the restaurants across the street was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.'

'Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel.'

'The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.'

'I expected better. Overall, the stay was OK. The facility was clean, but the room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. There was dirt in the corners of the room. The fixtures in the bath were dated and worn. The towel hooks on the door were hanging off and the safety rail on the bathtub had rusted screws. They only service the room every two days, but we're very accommodating when we asked for fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was minimal and t items such as the home fries were cold....
