'Problems with checking in and washing machine not working. Staff didn’t care.'

'Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again.'

'This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t travel often, but when I do, I usually stay in lower value hotels because I don’t require much. But the dead animal stench and the roaches crawling throughout the room were too much. I’ll probably never stay in an America’s Best Value ever. I had reserved 2 nights but had to cancel the last night and went to a different hotel.'

'The property is a little older and could benefit from a good deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery, but the bed and bathroom were clean and the staff were great. Considering the price of other accomodations in the area it's an excellent value for the money if you're just looking for a clean place to sleep.'

'Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !'

'Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch.'
