'The camper was great and very clean. Bed was comfortable too! Loved Sunset Hill and the property for a morning walk. Didn’t use the outdoor kitchen area so no comment there. Curious if there’s a curfew for the campsites. There was a group by the fire pit one night until midnight and you could hear every word from inside the camper. So we were up until they went to bed. Something to think about… The bathroom trailer was not great. Out of paper towels in most, really thin toilet paper, water...

'Mooie nette hotelkamers in een leuk maar prijzig stadje. Het ontbijt was om 08:30 op. Er was gewoon niets meer te eten behalve wat sneetjes brood zonder beleg en een ei dat op bestelling werd gemaakt. Daar moesten we echter een half uur op wachten en dat viel toen ook nog tegen. Het personeel bij de receptie haalt er de schouders over op. Uiteindelijk ontbijt gehaald bij Walmart. '

'Ontzettend mooie suiteachtige kamer met een bankje en fauteuil, keukenhoekje met magnetron en koffie / thee faciliteiten. Grote make up ruimte met grote spiegels en wastafel. En daarnaast nog een badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. Alles blinkend schoon. Fijn zwembad met lekkere ligbedjes, ook weer super netjes. En elke ichtend kofgie en muffins bij de receptie en in de middag koffie en cookies. Tophotel.'

'Hello, Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but you should now that, when we checked in on the afternoon of Sunday, June 7 (perhaps you can identify him with that information) the young man (with the neatly trimmed beard--more identifying info.) in charge of the reception desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. Maybe you should put him on your management track.'

'I absolutely loved this place. I loved the interior, with a small bench at the window and a hammock outside. The bed was amazing, so big with a puffy duvet. The room had a very quiet AC, and a fireplace which was cute. The pool was great, the service at the pool as well, we had cocktails, wine, charcuterie board and pizza!'

'Wasn’t all that impressed with this Best Western. Would have been nice to have an interior room overlooking the pool instead of a parking lot. The cleaning products used in the room were overly fragranced probably to cover up the smell of pet urine.'

'We were greeted by smiles everywhere and everyone we met were happy to help us. A truly beautiful property with a great collection of art in the gardens, hallways and courtyards.'

'I've stayed here twice, and both times have had staffing issues. Once I came to check in, and no one was at the front desk...and no one came, for a VERY long time. I had to ask the restaurant staff if anyone would come. Eventually they did, but standing in a lobby hot and tired and on a timeline is not fun. I also ate at the restaurant both times, and they only seem to have one waitress. Again, waiting and waiting. What should've been a simple dinner turned into a 2 1/2 hour exercise in patience...

'The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby.'
