Een gezinsvriendelijke luxe woning, keyless self-check-in met fijne afwerking, muziek, mediaruimte, recreatieruimte en natte bar in de kelder, volledig beveiligd, gelegen in Overland Park, KS. Vijf slaapkamers (3 koning, 2 queensize bedden) en 1 extra full-size bed in de recreatieruimte met vier en een half baden. Geen partijen. Gasten die boeken kunnen alleen inchecken. Geen ongeregistreerde gasten, niet roken binnen of buiten het pand. Bijeenkomsten moeten worden beoordeeld en goedgekeurd, extra kosten van toepassing zijn, de beste schone en luxe plek rond. Te voet naar Deanna Rose Farmstead (goed voor alle leeftijden) en een gigantisch voetbalveld. Gelegen op 30 minuten afstand van Kansas City en grote sportevenementen, bezienswaardigheden zoals het Plaza-gebied, de dierentuin van Kansas City, het sprintcentrum, Union Station en beroemde musea en galeries voor geschiedenis en kunst. Nice stay just a skip outside of town

Our family had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is about 5 min from town and about 25min into the heart of KC. The owner was exceptionally nice and patient. My spam filter had placed the email from the third party that helps you get inside (so check for that), and he helped us. The house offered great space for all of us. Would/Will likely stay there again in the future. Thank you so much (also 3 deer came up to the back door and it was fun to see them).

Great for large group

We were in town for a sports tournament with 4 adults and 6 teenage boys. Perfect set up for our group. Place was a bit worn down and not in excellent condition when we arrived but overall was worth the booking. The host was very helpful and our checkin/stay/checkout process was seamless. What a perfect property!!

This property is even better than the pictures. It’s so spacious and has everything. Plenty of blankets, kitchen supplies, towels, paper products, just everything. There are extra places to sleep that aren’t pictured and every bed is so comfortable. I wish this place was closer and we could visit again. The host was great at communication and great. Highly recommend this property!

Family gathering

This was such a great experience. We were able to bring family together to enjoy time together. The home was clean and to our surprise had everything we needed to prepare meals, including storage bags and paper products. We all mentioned serval times that this was a stress free property. The location was great - feels like we are out of town but with just in a few miles, we were able to pick up groceries from a fantastic store. We enjoyed the space, the outdoor space, and the game table. The communications with the manager were awesome. We all would highly recommend staying here.

This house was everything and more than we expected. Plenty of beds/bathrooms. Great outdoor space for sitting/playing. Ten minutes to Overland Park shopping and restaurants and same to Belton MO (Aaron's Bowling and mini golf was great). Owner was not stingy with supplies (coffee,TP, paper towels, spices, cooking supplies etc).

Clean and large space for family and friends

The home was clean and perfect for a large number of family and friends. Listing was very accurate and the large family room areas were great for a big group. The home is about 10-15 minutes away from any retail, restaurants, shopping and is quiet. There seemed to be a lot of train traffic not too far away and we could hear it numerous times, but it didn't keep us from being able to sleep. The only issue we had was that we arrived late on a snowy evening and the driveway is quite steep off a 2 lane road with large ditch/dropoffs and we had trouble getting into the driveway and up the large steep hill due to the snow and ice. Thankfully we were able to get into the driveway just far enough to not stick out into the street, but it would have been nice to have a cleared driveway or at a minimum salt and/or a shovel or two in the garage so we could get up the driveway and not have to carry all our belongings through the snow when we arrived. It was appreciated that we had access to park in the garage since it was quite chilly during our stay.

Stilwell Sweet Stay

It is a very beautiful home tucked away on a private wooded hill on 1.2 acres. It is beautifully decorated and has many areas for our family to congregate in the home and in the backyard! It is better than the pictures. The kitchen has great Applience too! I highly recommend this home. The hosts respond well and are very attentive.

Family trip for football game

Property was clean, spacious, welcoming and comfortable - everything that we expected and more. We had 10 family members, aged 20-60. All were happy to be staying at such a great house. We had multiple places to all get together and multiple places to get away from the group, as well as plenty of beds for everyone. Kitchen was spacious and everything worked well, beds were very comfortable, and gathering places inside and out were comfortable too. We came to see the Steelers play the Chiefs. The trip would have been bettter if we had a Steelers win.
