Breathtaking views and great outdoor space. Seating outside allows for sweeping views of beach/ocean allowing kids to play independently while parents can still oversee.Close enough to town to walk yet far enough away to avoid crowds. Great beach getaway!

Everything was just as advertised. A great house and fun, unique bar area in 2nd separate structure in back yard. The house was well stocked and very cozy. The fireplace added warmth and was the center of the comfortable living room for our family.

Perfect retreat for the family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, very organized and very well decorated beach front home. Spacious open floor plan with high wood ceilings creating a warm and comfortable environment. We all loved the big bedrooms and spiral staircase, and perfect view of the ocean from the master bedroom .The only complaint I have is the app required I call the office for requests even though it allows a message. I’d leave a message and the response stated to call the office rather than give a simple Yes or No response. Thus I couldn’t get a timely answer to my simple requests. This was a bit frustrating. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars!

Great house, great views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year in a row we’ve rented this property as part of a college reunion. It’s very nice, new, clean. The stand-alone bar is great, although this year we were a little disappointed that there was no beer on top. :( Still, this property is a real treasure- far enough down the beach to be less crowded, but close enough to walk to town.

Beachfront Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've booked many vacation homes in Stinson Beach, but this was definitely the best. This is the most well-stocked home we have stayed in. The bathrooms were like luxury hotels with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were many places to hang out and be away from others in the family when we wanted to. Also plenty of room for us all to be together. This extremely clean home had a gas BBQ that worked like a charm, and the little bungalow out back, called the Press Room was great for a history of the property and it's owners as well as roll up window for serving drinks. Great stay! Hope we can return some time soon.
