Exclusieve Kingsview appartement op de tuin verdieping van een prachtig Victoriaanse villa

Deze uitzonderlijke zelfstandige woning gelegen in de exclusieve Kings Park gebied van Stirling, ligt tegenover het centraal Kings Park poorten. Er is een solide, hoge standaard, grenen vloer in het hele appartement. De accommodatie bestaat uit een grote open woonkamer met openslaande deuren; een patio; tuinmeubelen en een barbecue; een moderne keuken, uitgerust volgens de hoogste standaard; en een wasmachine en droger.
De 2 slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer en een flatscreen lcd-televisie; beide slaapkamers hebben kingsize bedden (die kan worden opgesplitst in twee enkele bedden in elke kamer indien nodig) en veel bergruimte. Een opklapbed is beschikbaar als vereist evenals een kinderbed en-stoel indien gevraagd.
Er is centrale verwarming op gas en een draadloze breedband verbinding beschikbaar in het gehele pand eigendom.


Stirling is gelegen in het centrum van Schotland en heeft directe verbinding met het veel van de grote steden in Schotland - waaronder Glasgow, Edinburgh en Aberdeen. Er zijn vele attracties in de omgeving, waaronder, een historisch kasteel dat werd verondersteld om de "sleutel naar Schotland" in middeleeuwse dagen, veel wandelingen in de natuur en bergwandelingen mogelijkheden, tal van lekker eten en entertainment bedrijven en enige boot van het Wiel van de wereld - het Falkirk Wheel.
Er zijn ook veel attracties voor kinderen over de lokale omgeving, evenals winkels, bakkerijen en sportmogelijkheden in overvloed, evenals een fantastische safaripark. Er is ook een microbrouwerij, een golfbaan en visgebied moeten volwassenen wenst te ontspannen!

Perfect Location

Kirsteen was so very helpful and accomidating as we made our arrangements and requests. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were concerned about the distance from the city center, as we have limited walking capacities. However, fish and chips, coffees and shopping were all within an easy walk through this beautiful neighborhood.

This is a beautiful place plenty of room and everything you need. Comfy beds,quiet and about a 15 min walk to the city center and castle. Off street parking was great.

Cosy stay in well located flat

The flat was very cosy and had everything you need for a good holiday. There was parking at the rear on the driveway and it was about a ten minute walk into the centre of Stirling. Had a lovely holiday!

Fantastic

Fantastic time, we all four enjoyed the flat, and its location, really pleased with the garden/terrace great for meals and drink even after dark as the garden was illuminated. Fridge/freezer broke but the owner quickly replace it. The cleaners had left washed but wet towels on towel rails, and kitchen cupboard didn't have all items listed in paperwork. Other than that really happy with the comfort of flat.

Great Location and Great Stay

Apartment was spacious, very clean and well accessorized with everything we needed. Self checkin Instructions were simple and easy to understand. It was across the street from a large beautiful park with walking trail and just a few minute walk to city center. Also was an easy 15 minute walk to rail station, nearly all downhill.

Great location, stylish, well equipped apartment

We have stayed in this apartment before about 8 years ago. We loved the location, an easy walk to the town center and uphill to the castle. Very comfortable beds, stylish decor, all appliances you would need and clean. Although it is a basement apartment it is very light and the patio area at the entrance to the living room/kitchen is a wonderful suntrap to sit and have coffee. Great central hearing system, easy to use and loved the heated towel rails in the bathrooms. Plenty of outlets to charge phones etc. Two TVs were excellent. Showers were great.Only negatives we have with this property are the lack of hooks to hang towels/clothes in bathrooms. Note to owners: cutlery, frying pan and placemats need replacing they are way past their best.

A real gem in beautiful Stirling

We stayed for 2.5 weeks in July/August. We are a family of 4 (2 children 7 and 9). This apartment was perfect for us. A beautiful location right across the street from Kings Park with lots of green space for the kids to run around, large play ground, tennis courts, walking trails, etc. It felt very safe and was a nice quiet, residential area. This area of Stirling is so beautiful. Lots of old beautiful homes and views of Stirling Castle. We were visiting from Canada. We did not rent a car while we were there. We took the train from Stirling and did lots of day trips in the area. Stirling is a very good central location to do that from. It was a 10 min walk to downtown and the nearest grocery store. It took about 20 min to walk to the train station. A few times we took a taxi to/from the train station and it was very reasonable. About 3-4 pounds/each way. Even though this is a basement apartment it has large windows and is therefore nice and bright. It doesn't really feel like your in a basement. The apartment was sparkling clean. It is nicely laid out and both bedrooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms and lots of dresser space. The owners upstairs are quiet and pleasant. We liked to have coffee in the morning outside in our little private garden area. There is a patio set out there. It took a while to figure out how to run the oven and stove top. It's different than North American ovens/stove tops. But we did manage to figure it out. They supplied enough dishwasher tabs/toilet paper for the first few days then you have to buy your own. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Stirling and I would recommend it to my family and friends. The management company was great to deal with. They were quick to respond to emails and easy to communicate with. Our damage deposit was refunded quickly as well.

Very comfortable and the location was perfect.

Clean, quiet and always a comfortable temperature. We used Stirling as a base for exploring the area and we had easy access to everything we wanted to see. The location of the apartment next to a public park and golf course made the morning jog delightful and guaranteed daily Highland cow sightings. Highly recommended!

fantastic location, lovely flat.

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and in a great location with lots of local activities (The Battle of Bannockburn site was great) The children enjoyed the park opposite the accommodation. The walk into town was pleasant and we were able to walk to the castle and on another day to take the train into Glasgow. The 'Filling Station' restaurant in Stirling did a good breakfast

Kingsview apart apartment is beautiful and excellent in every wady.

The apartment is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It is near to famous landmarks of Scotland, e.g. Stifling Castle. We were touched by the welcome: flowers and a generous hamper! We with will use the apartment again.

The perfect home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at Kingsview Apartment, the owners were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. It was the perfect home away from home for our family of 5. As a very picky guest, I found the apartment well kept and very clean. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and in good repair. We used Stirling as our home base taking long day trips all over the region. I would most certainly recommend Kingsview Apartment and would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Scotland. Perfect location

My husband and I, along with my brother and sister-in-law, spent a wonderful week in this apartment. Perfect for two couples; both bedrooms/bathrooms were good-sized. The beds were very comfortable. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating. (We were visiting from the US and were sometimes baffled by certain things--like the heater--that operate a little differently in the states, and the owners were always helpful and patient.). We didn't have a car but were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The location of the apartment, across from King's Park, was ideal. We all walked in the park every day. Just a short stroll and you can see Stirling Castle. Amazing!

Fantastic, beautiful apartment. Well equipped with everything you need and top quality fittings/equipment. 5-10 mins walking distance to city centre so no need for a car, beautiful park opposite. Great apartment and location.

The apartment suited our needs perfectly. My husband and I stayed along with my mother for a week and the accommodation was ideal and the furnishings etc were of good quality. What the owner did with the space was super. Also the location suited us as we could walk to the town centre in minutes and there was also off road parking which was handy. All in all, great holiday, great accommodation and location.

Fabby stay at Kingsview Apartment

We stayed here for a 3 night stay for a girly week end away. We were delighted with the apartment and all that it offered us. Beautifully furnished, very very cosy as we could have as much heating as we liked all day and night , if required!! The beds were lovely, I have looked into buying one of the same make as it was so comfy. The en suites were also fantastic and very important when sharing with 4 people. Can't really fault this holiday rental. The owners were lovely and left us a welcome pack so we could have a cup of tea as soon as we arrived. We couldn't fault it at all and the location was superb. We are going to book it again next year so hope it's available then. Thank you from all of us!!

Great place to stay.

We stayed over the festive period and had a lovely time. The property is in a great area near the Kings Park and about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. The flat is well fitted out with good quality fittings and appliances, and the lighting has been well thought out. Large fridge with loads of storage and the good bit is having off street private parking for 2 cars. Met the owners who were very helpful but not intrusive in any way. We'll be back in the future.
