'It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.'

'My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. 'Amazing stay with family! House had everything you could need. We had a 16 month old with us and dogs and the house had a high chair, baby gate, baby utensils, toys and more! We had the private chef, Kerry, come one night and she was amazing as well! Would definitely recommend. '

'Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting.'

'We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. 'This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. '
