Place was awesome. Restaurant view & food was excellent. however, the pool lounge chairs were the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. Also, the naval jets flying continuously starting drills at 8:00 am were extremely loud & nerve racking. I would not return due to these factors. But loved the place.

The rooms were great the facility was very nice place.The pool was very nice.Remember you’re on Stock Island not Key West so a car is very nice to have to get around.

No sound proofing in the rooms
Our first impression was the room was very clean and nice. We soon realized that we could hear every thing going on in the room next to us. We could hear them getting ice, opening a can of soda all as if they were in the room with us. It was so bad we could hear every word of the person talking on the other end of a phone call (speaker phone on cell). Our first night we decided to go have dinner and when we came back decided to sit out back. My wife sat down on the bench and realized there was vomit on the bench. This back area was a shared patio just out side our back door. My wife was very upset and she decided we needed to leave. There is no front desk you can't complain or ask to be moved and there are only a few rooms so I can't imagine any other room being better for sound. Considering all this we left first thing in the morning since it was late. The hotel refused to give me my money back for the two nights we didn't stay so I asked them to refund 1 night at least and they would not. I would think twice about staying at this hotel. Also this hotel is not as close to the restaurants and bars in key West as they make it seem. They are about 4 miles from the main strip which is around $20 one way in an uber.

Key West Lodgings Alternative
Key West is back to normal after Irma and we decided to enjoy a couple of days of Fantasy Week. The Oceanfront Suites offers a good value alternative to the all night hubbub of downtown, in an attractive, quiet and convenient setting. Very clean, a comfy king-sized bed with nice linens and a spacious well-appointed bathroom. Beautiful waterside pool. Pleasant staff too. Highly recommended.

Gated which helped, since it was industrial/trailer park area!! No maid service. Weird check-in window (between 4-5pm or someone has to meet you.) AWESOME chef. AWESOME waitstaff. Beautiful suite & property.

NON REFUNDABLE - TERRIBLE SERVICE
I booked a condo at this place and then tried to cancel 2 weeks in advance. They refused, saying it was non-refundable. I asked if they could give me a credit instead and they refused. They said that they would try to re-book it for me, but when I went on Hotels.com and put in the dates I had reserved, it said no availability. The service was terrible, no daily maid service, the water pressure was really weak, the TV remotes didn't work, there was no phone to call for room service, etc. etc. etc. Never going back - this place should stick to being a marina.

The condo was nice.
There were some issues with not having soap in the bathroom for showering, hair dryer only blowing cold air and TVs shutting off-had sound but no picture. Bathroom had some cleanliness issues left from former residents. Not at all close to action in Key West. The pool area had designated adult and child areas, but there were alot of children and the pool area was not relaxing unless you could tune it out. There was also no beach area.

A beautiful condo in a quiet, secluded location
A high-end condo that looks brand new. Facilities (pool, club house) are well maintained. Private patio overlooking pool and marina is a great place to relax. On-site restaurant has great food and service with outdoor seating overlooking marina. A rental car was useful for exploring Key West.
