'Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. '

'The food was quite good, and like the room price, good value for money. Friendly staff. As in many UK hotels, a shower in a bath is also here, slippery and life-threatening.'

'Great hotel, walking distance from our daughter’s house, didn’t use the restaurant or bar but both looked nice and tidy. Any interactions with the staff were positive. You have to pay to park but for the 3 days we were there it cost £7.40 Will definitely stay again '

'Stayed here 2 nights. The chef Elvis outdoes himself with Michelen star quality meals. The Crab Salad and Pork Rigatone were faultless. Best meals I have eaten in Europe. Friendly bar staff and spacious room with first class bathroom. Mattress needs replacing though.'

'Erg vriendelijk personeel, prima faciliteiten. Enig puntje waardoor geen 5 sterren: de kamers zijn vrij klein, geen hangkast voor kleren en de bedden zijn (te) kort voor iemand van 1,95m.. Verder zou ik hier weer boeken als ik in de buurt zou zijn.'

'Beautifully clean and appointed accommodation. Host very helpful and friendly. Only criticism is the bed is just a normal double size.. for us we prefer a bigger bed. Lovely seating area by a pond which would have been nice to sit by if the weather had been kinder! Definitely recommend . '
