When you get to property confirming payment his a few snags bc the card numbers don’t match, making attendant have to do some back ended verification before proceeding with check in. I thought this issues would’ve been resolved after so many years, but to no avail. Aside from that. AMAZING STAY!! Great friendly and patient staff. '

The first room we got was never clean, beds were very dirty and the pillows had nasty stains. The receptionist moved us to a different room on the same conditions. They refuse to reinvers us so we had to pay a room in a different hotel.'
