'The room was old , a lot of noise in the rooms from the other guests. The bed was realy bad there was a holl in the matras where every guest has slept. We got a drink i the bar. The young girl brought the wrong drinks. To much money for the things you get. '

'Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

'Staff could not be more helpful and were always happy & willing to talk to guests. Food in restaurant was exactly what I have come to expect from Shepherd Neame Hotels and Pubs. I had room on 1st floor with access to roof terrace which had an excellent view of Viking Bay and the Sea. I found room very quiet at night with only the sound of the sea to be heard in the background. '

'It's a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting. The hotel is seconds from the train station and the beach. The staff were superbly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The bar was better than your average hotel bar, bit of a limited draft beer choice. Overall, highly recommended.'
