Prachtige ruime woning 5 huizen van het strand met meerdere dekken, uitzicht op de oceaan, prachtige landschapsarchitectuur / hardscaping, 16 personen, 4 slaapkamers, 3 volledige badkamers, 'wet bar' kamer en Sunroom (beide met uitzicht op de oceaan). De open plattegrond is voorzien van houten vloeren, grote keuken met graniet, ontbijtbar plus eetkamer (met grote uitbreidbaar tafel). Buitentafels op het dek en de patio achteraan. Nieuwe Weber-grill. Gemakkelijk te lopen naar de stad. 8 blokken naar 96th Street en 8 blokken naar de Windrift. Strandstoelen inbegrepen. De kust op zijn best ....

It was a wonderful house, and the second floor was especially amazing with balcony views of the ocean. Tony was very responsive, and his descriptions were accurate. The location was perfect — right across from a beautiful beach entrance, with lifeguards just a block away.The house is expensive, but worth it.The only minor downside is that the most stunning part of the home is on the second floor, so it’s best if everyone in your group is comfortable with stairs.

Great spot for our annual family vacation!
Well maintained, well-equipped beautiful property 6 houses from the beach. The outdoor eating/lounging/pool space was wonderful - everyone from the toddlers to the 30-somethings to the 60-somethings loved it! The kitchen was extremely well-equipped - important to us since we love to cook as a family. The upstairs bar/lounge area and the sun porch were very much used and enjoyed. Very responsive host.

House was "as advertised". The pool is brand new and the house had everything that you need. Everything was completely updated and incredibly clean. Tony was a pleasure to work with during the booking process. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location & so much more!!!
The location of this property was perfect for our family! Just a little over a block from the beach, within walking distance of the fields by the Windrift Hotel, & within walking distance of downtown 96th St.
In addition, we loved the big family table inside the house as well as in the backyard near the pool for playing board games! The pool was wonderful, and the TV poolside was an extra luxury that we have never gotten before in any other Vrbo rental! Everything was very clean and stocked very well with everything we needed as a family!!! They provided plastic glassware to use poolside, cookware, glassware to use inside the house, plates, and utensils, of course… We especially loved the beautiful bikes that were available for us to use as well as the wonderful Tommy Bahama beach chairs And Beach umbrellas! We loved the Keurig coffee machine and the washer/dryer worked perfectly! It was so nice to have several hoses available around the house to wash off Sandy feet. The outdoor shower was perfect! Beautiful house! We will definitely rent this house again in the future!

Exactly as expected
This is a well-maintained property with a brand new, exceptional, pool and pool deck. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and tablewear. The area is quiet and off street parking convenient. It isn't cheap, but it lives up to its photographs. The listing is not clear, but know that all bedrooms save the very large one with three beds are located on the ground floor. Note also that one must bring her/his own towels and linens.

Great house, location & owner
We spent 2 weeks on 88th St. Wonderful location to beach, town and convenient to Bud's Market at 83rd. House was available promptly, clean and well equipped. Kitchen had dishes for a crowd and a huge assortment of utensils & pots & pans.
Tony was easy to work with and extremely responsive. We asked about about an umbrella for the outside table and voila! Ace Hardware delivered one.

Wonderful Stone Harbor Property
My brothers and I (party of 8) rented this property for a 4 nite stay. We found the home to be clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! The owner was easy to work with and the location - one block from the beach and a short walk to 96th street - was perfect. Also. having access to a grill made dining in easy. If available, we will consider returning again in 2023.

Fun and relaxation in Stone Harbor
House location perfect. Very comfortable for 4 adults all turning 70 this year and one 3 year old Golden Retriever. Kitchen well stocked and we prepared great meals. Bathroom situation good . Room for all!!

Wonderful house and great location
We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Tony’s Stone Harbor house as a way to celebrate our father’s 70th as a family. The house was clean and just as described. It was a perfect location for both the beach access and the downtown Stone Harbor shops. Tony was very informative and the whole process was very easy. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect weekend
This home was a perfect place for a long weekend in March. The front deck with views of the ocean and the wet bar and sunroom provided an awesome atmosphere for “working from home zoom calls” during the day Friday and virtual wine tasting and March madness viewing throughout the weekend. Walk to town and 5 houses to the beach. Everything is updated and a lovely beach vibe. We will be back. Thank you

Celebrating the 70's
Our family chose to safely celebrate a 70th birthday in beautiful Stone Harbor in late November. The house more than met our needs with a well stocked kitchen and beautiful ocean views. Proximity to the beach and to town was key and Stone Harbor never disappoints. The owner was very responsive to inquiries.
