We had a some time to walk around in the morning and enjoy the peaceful grounds as well. Our hostess was so kind, and the breakfast was an epic and auspicious way to start the day. Just a few minutes away, we ate dinner at Train to Mumbai - such good food we ordered dishes to take away and enjoy further along our travel. I sincerely hope...

'It’s a great hotel. However, they don’t have non-Tesla EV chargers, nor adapters for other cars. That’s already odd, given this is a fancy hotel next to DC. But it’s even odder that they don’t tell you that there’s a (paid) EV charger in the parking lot of the Town Hall, *literally* next door to the hotel’s main entrance (a 10m walk). So when we got there with our car’s battery almost drained, we had a mini freakout until we figured out on our own how to get the car charged. Not a dealbreaker,...
