Renovated 4-bedroom House with Outdoor Space & Private Hot Tub

Fully renovated in 2022/23 a high-end, modern, farmhouse style 2,000 sqft open floor plan condo/apartment, with 2 large decks and outdoor space, with a firepit and newly installed AC and private access to hot tub that fits 6! There are two other units in the building.

Perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open with lots of seating. In the summer and fall, open the doors to the expansive decks with an outdoor dining table, couch, and hammock! Enjoy family/friend time with a fire in the backyard.

Recently added hot tub and backyard deck with gazebo. This unit will have private access to this deck and hot tub.

- AC was installed in the spring of 2023 to cool the entire house.
-Indoor kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and top-of-the-line appliances along with a wine and beer fridge.
-Large wooden dining table and kitchen Island for larger meals - seats 12
-Open concept living and dining area
-2 large private decks, that each bedroom has access to. Includes, grill, outside dining table, wicker chairs, couch, and hammock, along with stairs to the backyard.
-Smart TV with apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.
-Other amenities include WiFi, laundry (washer/dryer/steamer), and more.
-All beds feature tempurpedic-quality mattresses and high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels, plus large rain shower heads.
-Local VT coffee is available for all guests.
Guest access
The entire apartment/condo and two large outdoor decks are for your exclusive and private use. Please note this is one condo in a building shared with 2 other units. Extensive soundproofing was added during the 2022 renovation.

What a wonderful property!! It has wonderful outdoor space with a nice 2nd floor deck, raised wood patio in the yard with nice furniture and a hot tub and a great neighborhood for a morning walk. The indoor space was also great with lots of beds and lots of living room seating for a movie.

This was a fantastic & very thoughtfully stocked space, easily shared by 2 families with 4 littles. We wanted for nothing, supply wise, found the short drive to town very easy during the summer (tis hilly, so might be more interesting in winter), & loved the outdoor spaces as well. We thank Josh for his lightning-speed responses for a couple of initial questions upon arrival. Highly recommend for families post toddler stage.

We had a great stay in Stowe. Everything with the unit was super easy and well thought out. We fit three families without issue - it is probably perfect for two families. The outdoor space is awesome. We would stay again next time we’re in Vermont.

GORGEOUS LOCATION

This house is pristine! It is so beautiful and cozy. The hot tub and outdoor space is wonderful...so relaxing and wonderful. Only complaint is the bunk beds were so uncomfortable that the girls chose to sleep on the couch instead and that the hot tub was....kind of dirty! And it smelled bad. Otherwise, everything was absolutely wonderful. We would stay there again - just hoping that the hot tub is maintained better and maybe the bunk bed room gets new beds?

Stowe Vacation

We skied at Stowe. It was a 20 min drive, super easy. Lots of great food options. A grocery store near by, 20 min from Ben & Jerry factory, 2 miles to a waterfall. Plenty of space, plus downstairs area for leaving boots, jackets and equipment.

Beautiful space in convenient location

We stayed at Josh’s place for a month and it was spectacular! Josh is a great host and has created a rental space that is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The unit is freshly remodeled, clean, fully stocked and has all the extras you could possibly need. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a high end experience for a reasonable price. We will be back for sure!

Fabulous Stowe VT Spot!

My family (5 adults, 2 kids) stayed at Josh’s property in August 2023 for a week. The location is convenient to town, yet felt private and secluded. Just 5 minutes to town but nestled in the woods. The property is clean and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the outdoor space. We never felt like we were on top of each other (which was particularly helpful during the rainy moments). Communication with Josh was perfect—prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Great place!

Great stay, the prop owner/ manager was super responsive. 12 dudes in the apartment for a weekend and everyone had fun when we were there. Wish the original listing had better explained it’s an apartment, when I had first booked it was listed as a house (figuring nobody else would be there) but it seems to be a 3 unit property. It’s listed as an apartment now, and it’s just as quiet and nice as a full home.

Well equipped, clean, and comfortable!

We had a great stay at this property with a party of 8 including two kids. The space is well equipped, it was comfortable and homey, and the owner was responsive and helpful. Being 4 minutes from the supermarket and 7 min from town made everything convenient. One note for parents with young kids is that the kids room is right off the Living Room and the door is a sliding door, so be sure to have a plan if the kids go to bed early and you want to hang out in the living room. Overall a wonderful stay!
