'We had an excellent stay. Everyone was amazed by this property. The pictures were spot on to every room in the house. From the outside it is deceiving how much space there actually was as there was plenty of room for all inside and out. We would definitely recommend this location to everyone and hopefully will be back soon.'

'It was wonderful! Our recommendation would be to have oven mitts (I needed to use a hand towel from the bathroom) and a teapot (we used just a regular pot). Otherwise, it was amazing!! An absolutely perfect place for us to stay for the weekend to get my daughter ready for school and moved into campus. Thank you!!'

'Beautiful secluded stay in Roxbury that was perfect for our needs during our friends’ wedding weekend. House was well stocked with everything one would need in the kitchen, linens, blankets, etc. Wish there was a hair dryer though since we were in town for a wedding and the temps were lower in the mornings. '

'This was a wonderful stay with enjoyable comforts and great service. We appreciated the incredible swimming pond, relaxed Vermont atmosphere and privacy. The location is very beautiful with plenty of space to explore, and relax. '

'Beds were comfortable and condo was overall clean. TV’s in both bedrooms were not operational. If they were there were no instructions on how to work them. The TV in the main bedroom would not turn on even after replacing the batteries in the remotes. '

'We love out of the way places. This one qualifies. Very isolated, yet not far from Woodstock and other great places to visit. Well stocked. Comfortable and clean location.We didn't visit the small pond at the bottom of the hill. But it looks like it would be good fun, especially with children. Saw kayak next to a shed.
