The location is right in the heart of Como, which made everything walkable — the lakefront, restaurants, shops, all just a few minutes away. Transit is a real strength here. It's an easy walk from Como San Giovanni station, and it's practically next door to Como Lago, which makes arriving and getting around genuinely effortless. The room was spotlessly clean and pleasantly modern, and — importantly for summer — the air...

'The B&B has a really comfortable bed, a beautifully large bathroom and is perfectly located (in the center super close to the lake and a lot of nice restaurants). Stefano made sure that everything was perfect for our stay and Mr. Jey is really lovely as well. We had the best experience and would love to stay here again if we’re going back to Como!'

'Location ks amazing, 1 minute walk from the trainstation and the lake. Only negative is that there are a lot of young people hanging out on the street at night so it gets pretty loud.'
