'The hotel is suitable for families, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. However, the breakfast was disappointing, especially the coffee, which was quite poor. For a 5-star accommodation, we expect more variety and a more extensive selection. An upgrade to the breakfast would be greatly appreciated.'

'Requested a pre-set of the air conditioning, which was not followed up.
There were hairs, grease, and other unpleasant remains from the previous guest still in the bathtub. The concierge and security were also very unhelpful with the delivery of goods.
The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately, the staff and management made the experience below standard for a hotel of this level. Clear room for improvement.'
