'The surroundings of the hotel are great. Nice place, great infinity pool. The gardens and the space around the hotel is beautiful, they took care of it. The staff is also very nice. The only thing is dinner. The quality of the dinner is really below expectations. We had so much better food (and cheaper) outside of the restaurant. Shrimps were completely overcooked, the lamb with garlic crust was missing the crust, it was not plated nice, etc. etc. It was nice for a 3 star hotel, not for this...

'This is a great resort at good value. Not the newest or luxurious rooms, but comfortable and superb location. Pools are great, you can find different spots along the coastline, eating is good (not excellent, but linked to what you pay). 'A great 3.5 star hotel with excellent service. The people working there really wanted you to have a good time and served to all needs and wishes. Very accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Also the pool was great but not heated so too cold to swim in. But since this period is not so hot it was ok, nevertheless it would be nice to take a swim in a warmer pool. Enough sun beds for all guests. A very nice hotel, nice and well kept grounds and great staff. '

'Accueil chaleureux et vraiment sympathique mais personne ne parlait français quand nous sommes arrivés. Dès deux côtés l'anglais était approximatif mais nous y sommes arrivés. 'Accueil glacial et catastrophique, On nous conduit à la chambre Mégots dans le cendrier de la terrasse de la chambre. À l intérieur des gâteaux apéritifs sur le sol . La sale de bain les toilettes sont sale excréments et cheveux . Pas de serviettes non plus . Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changé plein de taches , souillé, oils et cheveux à volonté, une horreur . Je redescends a la réception on nous change de chambre. Pas mieux . 'First room was dirty and lacked amenities. Bedroom air conditioner leaked and upon a two-hour leave, returned to bed being soaked and floor with significant water pools on the tile floor. When asked to move, there was a great hesitation to switch. When received second room, the amenities were appropriate and air conditioners didn't leak. I feel as though I was being taken advantage (sub-par room) of upon my arrival, and only when there was a significant problems did the hotel allocate...

'This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. 'We kwamen vanuit Lux le Morne waar we een geweldig verblijf hadden gehad. Kwamen aan en er was niemand om ons op te vangen, helpen met onze bagage etc. (geen goede binnenkomer), na 10 min kwam er iemand, nam ons mee naar de lobby en ging weer weg.
