'I booked room for 4 but i got room meant for 2 people. I had to sleep on the couch. Horrible'

'Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location. Thank you'

'The location was great in the old historic town with immediate access to restaurants and bars good wi-fi and friendly staff and clean rooms'

'We had an incredible time! The team helped us book activities, suggested plans based on our interests, were extremely kind and welcoming and the room and amenities were spectacular. To top it off the food was incredible! The breakfast greek yogurt with fruit and granola was my favorite ever. We cant wait to go back!'

'Right in the middle of old town…. Comfortable room and incredibly helpful host. Restaurants and shops nearby. Great place to stay!'

'Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home.'

'My mother and I stayed here from June 22 to June 30, and we had such a wonderful time. Argiro, the host, is an incredibly kind and caring woman. She was always easy to reach whenever I had any questions. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. It was also excellent value for money, especially considering everything it offers. After spending the whole day exploring, it was amazing to relax in the private jacuzzi. We felt completely safe, both in...

'We travel a reasonable amount and we just say this was one of the most unique and enjoyable rooms we have ever stayed in. Every single detail of the room is impeccable. The original distressed stained coffered ceilings, the wall murals, the furniture, the bathrooms, the configuration. As real estate owners we could even appreciate the level of detail in the electrical and plumbing. The patio was not huge but it was very adequate and provided an immersive feeling in the whole Hania Old Port vibe....

'It’s a small boutique hotel, very beautiful. No amenities. Breakfast is limited. I booked because it was one of the only hotels that mentioned parking but when I arrived, I found out it was an additional cost.'

'We only stayed one night at Qualia Slowlife Suites, but it was absolutely perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and exceptionally well appointed, with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Tucked away down a quiet side street in the heart of Chania’s Old Town, the location is ideal. Just a two-minute walk from the beautiful Venetian Harbour, with an abundance of excellent restaurants and cafés nearby. Access to the accommodation was incredibly straightforward, thanks to...

'We enjoyed staying at the beautiful Dreta Suites. The property was in excellent shape and we can see the ocean from the room. Property was close to old town (1.5 miles). Lidl Supermarket was only 600 feet away. Owner was very responsive to our texts/calls. Parking was adequate and close by. Security was good. Maid service was great!'
