  • Welcome to our cozy covered wagon, nestled in the peaceful woods with beautiful views. This unique camping experience offers a one of a kind getaway for nature lovers seeking tranquility and relaxation. Step outside for a hike, unwind in the salt water hot tub, or chill by the camp fire. Escape the hustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature at our covered wagon on the hillside.

    Our wagons were recently re-listed due to a change in management, but the previous listings had over 150 Five Star Reviews! We've hosted hundreds of guests and given them great experiences each time.

    There are 3 wagons scattered throughout 40 acres. We've got marked trails & lights leading up to each wagon. We just ask that you are respectful to our other guests & don't walk into their space. There is plenty of other trails you can walk on. We have maps available (with photos on listing) to guide you to your wagon & also of the trials you can walk.

    TAKE NOTE:
    * There’s a short trail walk to the wagon from the parking area. We recommend bringing duffel bags/backpacks rather than roller suitcases because you will be using a wood chip trail, not a paved path.
    * While we allow pets, we ask that you only bring 1 pet due to the size of the wagon.
    We also ask that they DO NOT climb onto any furniture or lay on any of our blankets. We do our best to keep fresh whites in this wagon & your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

    Bedding for each Bed
    Towels and Washcloths (# on reservation)
    Roll of Paper Towels
    Paper Plates and plastic utensils
    2 Trash Bags
    Coffee (Medium Roast) 2 packets
    2 Rolls of toilet paper
    Bath essentials - Body soap, shampoo & conditioner
    We also have basics like - salt, pepper, oil, foil & baggies.
    *But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need*

    Bring your own flashlight and Umbrella!
    NOTE: There's a very steep hill you will drive up coming into the driveway to your parking space.

    In case you missed it this Wagon does not have a TV.

    There is a washer and dryer available for your use located in the shed. The trail leading to this is located next to the hot tub.

Comfortable beds and beautiful location! The shower was great and we enjoyed using the blackstone to cook. We would stay here again!

Lovely stay!

Great experience for a family to stay in a covered wagon over night! Our 6 yr old really enjoyed the experience and the campsite was wonderful. Enjoyed views of horse, cows, an deers in the distance.

Once we found the wagon- everything was great!! It was tricky navigating in the dark so I would recommend arriving when there is daylight! Our experience was awesome and our grandchildren will have memories for a lifetime! Thank you!

The directions given for the property were perfect, and communication with the host was excellent! The Wagon is a perfect little getaway! Very clean, and well taken care of. The property is beautiful and close to local restaurants.

As stated in the listing definitely a steep hill to get onto the property. The big pile of gravel at the bottom made me feel uneasy, but it wasn’t an issue navigating around it. Once we got onto our site we opened the wagon and it was beautifully decorated, a little dusty on the shelves, but no weird smells and everything was organized. There was a kettle and a microwave along with some utensils and coffee and a French press. The mini fridge was outside along with a blackstone. The hot tub was clean and towels were available right next to it. We had an amazing view and the string lights were awesome. The fire pit area was fully stocked with wood and even had a grate to cook on. The bathroom was full size and stocked with towels. No bugs besides a fly here and there. We heard dogs running around, but didn’t see them. Thankfully we aren’t scared of dogs, but the timing of our horror show and the barking about gave me a heart attack haha! Overall I’d love to come back and genuinely enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much!!
