'The room was so clean and so nicely laid out. The view out of the balcony was breathtaking. The restaurant adjacent did require a car to get to but was fantastic and I also recommend. I found the location ideal and will definitely recommend and stay here again! '

'We really enjoyed this rental, and definitely would rent it again. It is spacious, quiet, well-supplied and modern inside, though it’s in a large re-furbished building. Walking to restaurants and the Avon Theatre; longer walk to the Festival Theatre. Good dining choices nearby .Recommend highly.'

'Beautiful property! My fiancé and I extremely enjoyed staying here while we had a christmas party in St. Mary's. The rooms/each building are kept so nice and the beds are so comfortable! 10/10 experience. Parking is right beside which ever building you are in, easy and short walk to your room (especially nice in the winter as it was a chilly one)!'

'We had a great time staying at Unit 3 of the Plums. Greet space with enough for the 3 ladies in our group to spread out! Very walkable to downtown at the Festival Theatre as well. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. I would have like a better way to communicate with the host. I found the email slower and would have preferred a texting/messaging option. '
