'Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable.'

'two wonderful nights staying at 244. beautiful home with everything you need for a luxury escape. we enjoyed a wine on the sun drenched deck each evening before we made the very easy walk into town. highly recommend staying here - enough room for everyone to enjoy their own space and a wonderful lounge and deck area for socialising.'

'It’s a nice and comfortable place to stay for two nights. A pet- friendly place, lots of space for our little dog to play and run, we were all happy stayed in such clean and good location holiday home.Will strongly recommend it for this pet - friendly home, and we will be back next time when we visit this lovely city. 'The whole place was amazing. Felt like arriving to a holiday resort. Plenty of room for everyone. Safety issues with children and pools were very well adressed. Felt safe. Pool area could have used an update to make it even more luxurious. There was a construction site next door but it did not bother us that much. The overall look had aged a bit from the pictures but we enjoyed our stay anyway.'

Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas.
