I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. I was thinking that she had no choice in the matter to do so and if I had arrived at 8pm she would have to check me in if she liked it or not. ??'

'I loved this place. It looks like they are doing it up. Some of the areas need work, like reception etc BUT our room was lovely. Very clean. Beautiful bathroom. The bar area was really nice and there was a new deck at the back which catches the sun and an amazing large deck / balcony at the front with amazing views of Launceston. The food was delicious and the staff lovely. Would definitely stay again. '
